Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 표면에 일종 이상의 음이온 관능기를 갖는 산화 카본 블랙의 수성 슬러리에 대해,
수용성 킬레이트제 또는 그 염으로부터 선택되는 일종 이상의 존재하에 수산화 알칼리 금속을 혼합하여 가열 중화하거나, 또는 수산화 알칼리 금속을 혼합하여 가열 중화한 후에 수용성 킬레이트제 또는 그 염으로부터 선택되는 일종 이상을 혼합하는 중화 공정과,
상기 중화 공정에서 얻어진 혼합액으로부터 분리막을 이용하여 다가 금속 이온 킬레이트착체를 분리 제거하는 분리 제거 공정을
순차적으로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 카본 블랙 수성 분산체의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 중화 공정에 있어서, 상기 산화 카본 블랙의 수성 슬러리에 대해, pH 6~pH 12가 되도록 상기 수산화 알칼리 금속을 혼합하는, 산화 카본 블랙 수성 분산체의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 수용성 킬레이트제가 아미노카복실산 또는 그 염인, 산화 카본 블랙 수성 분산체의 제조 방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 수용성 킬레이트제가 아미노카복실산 또는 그 염인, 산화 카본 블랙 수성 분산체의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 표면에 일종 이상의 음이온 관능기를 갖는 산화 카본 블랙의 수성 슬러리가, 카본 블랙을 액상법으로 산화 처리한 후, pH 2~pH 4의 조건하에서 수용성 킬레이트제 또는 그 염으로부터 선택되는 일종 이상과 혼합하고, 다음에 분리막을 이용하여 다가 금속 이온을 예비 분리한 것인, 산화 카본 블랙 수성 분산체의 제조 방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 표면에 일종 이상의 음이온 관능기를 갖는 산화 카본 블랙의 수성 슬러리가, 카본 블랙을 액상법으로 산화 처리한 후, pH 2~pH 4의 조건하에서 수용성 킬레이트제 또는 그 염으로부터 선택되는 일종 이상과 혼합하고, 다음에 분리막을 이용하여 다가 금속 이온을 예비 분리한 것인, 산화 카본 블랙 수성 분산체의 제조 방법. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 표면에 일종 이상의 음이온 관능기를 갖는 산화 카본 블랙의 수성 슬러리가, 카본 블랙을 액상법으로 산화 처리한 후, pH 2~pH 4의 조건하에서 수용성 킬레이트제 또는 그 염으로부터 선택되는 일종 이상과 혼합하고, 다음에 분리막을 이용하여 다가 금속 이온을 예비 분리한 것인, 산화 카본 블랙 수성 분산체의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 분리막이 한외 여과막(UF), 역삼투막(RO) 또는 전기 투석막인, 산화 카본 블랙 수성 분산체의 제조 방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 분리막이 한외 여과막(UF), 역삼투막(RO) 또는 전기 투석막인, 산화 카본 블랙 수성 분산체의 제조 방법. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 분리막이 한외 여과막(UF), 역삼투막(RO) 또는 전기 투석막인, 산화 카본 블랙 수성 분산체의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 10 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 얻어진 산화 카본 블랙 수성 분산체에 원심분리 처리를 실시하여 조립분(粗粒分)을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 잉크 조성물용 카본 블랙 수성 분산체의 제조 방법.
