Claims (6)
- 다결정 세라믹으로 구성되고, 지지 주면(主面)을 갖는 세라믹 기판으로서,
상기 지지 주면은, 거칠기가 Sa로 0.01 ㎚ 이상 3.0 ㎚ 이하이고,
상기 지지 주면에 있어서, 한 변 50 ㎛의 정사각형 영역에서의 1 ㎚ 이상의 요철이 평균 5개 미만, 또한 2 ㎚ 이상의 요철이 평균 1개 미만인 것인, 세라믹 기판. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지지 주면은, 거칠기가 Sq로 0.5 ㎚ 이하인 것인, 세라믹 기판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 다결정 세라믹은, 스피넬, 알루미나, 마그네시아, 실리카, 멀라이트, 코디어라이트, 칼시아, 티타니아, 질화규소, 질화알루미늄 및 탄화규소로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 재료로 구성되는 것인, 세라믹 기판. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 세라믹 기판과,
상기 지지 주면 상에 배치되고, 압전체로 이루어지는 압전체 기판을 구비하며,
상기 세라믹 기판과 상기 압전체 기판은, 반 데르 발스 힘에 의해 결합되어 있는 것인, 적층체. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 세라믹 기판과 상기 압전체 기판의 접합 강도는 0.5 J/㎡ 이상인 것인, 적층체. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 기재된 적층체와,
상기 압전체 기판의 상기 세라믹 기판과는 반대측의 주면 상에 형성되는 전극을 구비하는, SAW 디바이스.
