Claims (7)
- 모재에 레이저를 조사하는 레이저부; 및
상기 모재에 금속분말을 송급하는 파우더 송급 장치를 포함하고,
상기 파우더 송급 장치는, 금속분말을 배출하는 송급관; 및
상기 송급관과 연결되는 오실레이터를 포함하는 레이저 클래딩 장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 파우더 송급 장치는,
상기 오실레이터와 연결되어 외부로 금속분말을 도포하는 노즐을 더 포함하는 레이저 클래딩 장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 오실레이터는,
전원을 공급받아 운동 에너지로 전환하는 전동기;
상기 전동기가 생성하는 운동 에너지를 전달하는 샤프트, 및 상기 샤프트와 결합되는 주름관을 포함하는 레이저 클래딩 장치. - 제3 항에 있어서,
상기 전동기는 공급 받는 전원의 흐름에 따라 회전 방향이 가변하는 레이저 클래딩 장치. - 제3 항에 있어서,
상기 주름관은 탄성 소재로 구성되어 외면에 볼록부와 오목부가 교대로 배치되는 레이저 클래딩 장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 레이저부는 레이저를 생성하는 레이저 생성기; 및 레이저를 집광하는 집광 렌즈를 더 포함하는 레이저 클래딩 장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 오실레이터의 왕복속도는 1 내지 50 Hz인 레이저 클래딩 장치.
