Claims (19)
- 대향 배치된 2개의 전극층, 전기변색층, 이온저장층, 및 전해질층을 포함하는 전기변색 소자이고, 상기 전기변색층은 텅스텐산화물(WOx)을 포함하고, 상기 이온저장층은 질화구리(CuNx)를 포함하는 전기변색 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 질화구리(CuNx)는 0.05 ≤ N/Cu ≤ 0.20 범위의 질량비를 만족하는 전기변색소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이온저장층은 1,000 ohm/sq 이하의 저항을 갖는 전기변색소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이온저장층은 10 nm 내지 150 nm 범위의 두께를 갖고, 가시광선에 대한 굴절률이 2.0 내지 3.5 범위인 전기변색소자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이온저장층의 가시광선에 대한 투과율은 60 % 내지 80% 범위인 전기변색소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기변색층은 50 nm 내지 400 nm의 두께를 갖는 전기변색소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기변색소층은 착색시 가시광선에 대한 투과율이 10 % 내지 50 %이고, 탈색시 가시광선에 대한 투과율이 45 % 내지 85 %인 전기변색소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전해질층은 두께가 30 ㎛ 내지 200 ㎛이고, 가시광선에 대한 광 투과율이 70 % 내지 95 % 범위인 전기변색소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전해질층은 액체 전해질, 겔 타입 고분자 전해질 또는 무기고체전해질 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 전기변색소자.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 전해질은 LiPON 또는 Ta2O5를 포함하는 무기 고체전해질인 전기변색소자.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 전해질은 카보네이트 화합물과 리튬화합물을 포함하는 혼합물의 경화물로부터 형성된 겔 타입 고분자 전해질인 전기변색소자,
- 제11항에 있어서, 카보네이트계 화합물은 PC(propylene carbonate), EC(ethylene carbonate), DMC(dimethyl carbonate), DEC(diethyl carbonate) 및 EMC(ethylmethyl carbonate)로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 1이상의 화합물인 전기변색소자.
- 제11항에 있어서, 리튬화합물은 LiF, LiCl, LiBr, LiI, LiClO4, LiBF4, LiClO3, LiAsF6, LiSbF6, LiAl04, LiAlCl4, LiNO3, LiN(CN)2, LiPF6, Li(CF3)2PF4, Li(CF3)3PF3, Li(CF3)4PF2, Li(CF3)5PF, Li(CF3)6P, LiSO3CF3, LiSO3C4F9, LiSO3(CF2)7CF3, 및 LiN(SO2CF3)2 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 전기변색소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전극층은, ITO(Indium Tin Oxide), FTO(Fluor doped Tin Oxide), AZO(Aluminium doped Zinc Oxide), GZO(Galium doped Zinc Oxide), ATO(Antimony doped Tin Oxide), IZO(Indium doped Zinc Oxide), NTO(Niobium doped Titanium Oxide), ZnO, OMO(Oxide/Metal/Oxide) 및 CTO로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 투명 전도성 화합물; 전도성 고분자; 은 나노와이어(Ag nanowire); 및 메탈메쉬(Metal mesh) 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 전기변색소자.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 전극층은 1 nm 내지 1 ㎛ 범위의 두께를 갖고, 가시광선에 대한 투과율이 70 % 내지 95 % 범위인 전기변색소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기변색소자는 전원을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 전기변색소자의 착색전위 및 탈색전위는 그 절대 값이 2V 이하인 전기변색소자.
- 하나의 전극층 상에 구리와 질소의 질량비가 0.05 ≤ N/Cu ≤ 0.20 범위를 갖는 질화구리(CuNx)층을 마련하는 단계; 및
다른 하나의 전극층 상에 텅스텐산화물층(WOx)을 마련하는 단계를 포함하는 전기변색소자의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 질화구리(CuNx)층 또는 텅스텐산화물(WOx)층은 증착(deposition), 스핀코팅(spin coating), 딥코팅(dip coating), 스크린 인쇄, 그라비아 코팅, 졸겔(sol-Gel)법, 또는 슬롯 다이 코팅(slot die) 중 어느 하나의 방법에 의해 마련되는 전기변색소자의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 질화구리(CuNx)층 또는 리튬니켈산화물(LiNiOx)층의 일면에 전해질층을 마련하는 단계를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 전해질층은 액상 전해질, 겔 타입 고분자 전해질 또는 무기고체전해질 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 전기변색소자의 제조방법.
