도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 일구현예에 따른 압력지연 삼투막 집합체에 대한 사시도이다.

Claims (13)
- 제1분리막, 메쉬시트층, 트리코트 여과직물층, 메쉬시트층 및 제2분리막이 차례대로 적층되어 있고,
상기 트리코트 여과직물층은 산 및 골이 형성된 트리코트 여과직물을 다층으로 포함하며,
상기 트리코트 여과직물층은 피드용액(feed solution) 유입방향과 골 형성 방향의 교차각도가 -5 ~ 5°인 제1트리코트 여과직물; 및
피드용액 유입방향과 골 형성 방향의 교차각도가 85 ~ 95°인 제2트리코트 여과직물;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력지연 삼투막 집합체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트리코트 여과직물층은 2 ~ 4개의 트리코트 여과직물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력지연 삼투막 집합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트리코트 여과직물은 두께가 10 ~ 22 mil 인 것을 특징으로 하는 압력지연 삼투막 집합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력지연 삼투막 집합체는
제1분리막의 하부면 및 제2분리막의 상부면 각각에 상기 메쉬시트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력지연 삼투막 집합체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1분리막 및 제2분리막은 각각 두께가 70 ~ 250 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 압력지연 삼투막 집합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메쉬시트는 두께가 27 ~ 37 mil이고,
공극이 6 ~ 20 ㎟ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 압력지연 삼투막 집합체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1분리막 및 제2분리막 각각은
지지체;
상기 지지체 상에 형성된 고분자 지지층; 및
상기 고분자 지지층 상에 형성된 폴리아미드계 활성층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력지연 삼투막 집합체. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 지지체는 폴리에스테르, 폴리프로필렌, 나일론 및 폴리에틸렌 중에서 선택된 1종의 합성섬유; 또는
셀룰로오스계 펄프를 포함하는 천연섬유;를 소재로 하는 부직포 또는 제직된 직물인 것을 특징으로는 압력지연 삼투막 집합체. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 지지층은 폴리술폰계 고분자, 폴리아미드계 고분자, 폴리이미드계 고분자, 폴리에스테르계 고분자, 올레핀계 고분자, 할로겐화 고분자 및 폴리아크릴계 고분자 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 압력지연 삼투막 집합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트리코트 여과직물층은 제1분리막 방향으로부터 제1트리코트 여과직물 및 제2트리코트 여과직물이 교대로 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력지연 삼투막 집합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트리코트 여과직물층은 제1분리막 방향으로부터 제2트리코트 여과직물, 제1트리코트 여과직물 및 제2트리코트 여과직물이 교대로 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력지연 삼투막 집합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트리코트 여과직물층은 제1분리막 방향으로부터 제1트리코트 여과직물, 제2트리코트 여과직물, 제1트리코트 여과직물 및 제2트리코트 여과직물이 교대로 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력지연 삼투막 집합체.
- 나권형으로 권취된 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 압력지연 삼투막 집합체를 포함하는 압력지연 삼투모듈.
