도 2는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 충격 감쇄장치가 구비된 듀얼체크밸브의 구성도이다;

도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 충격 감쇄장치가 구비된 듀얼 체크밸브의 작동 순서도이다.

Claims (8)
- 유체 유입구와 유체 유출구가 양측에 형성되고 상기 유체 유입구와 유체 유출구를 연결하는 유로가 내부에 형성되는 바디(10);
힌지(100), 상기 힌지(100)로부터 연장되어 힌지(100)와 연결되지 않은 일측끝단은 힌지(100)를 축으로 회전시 바디(10) 내부 일측에 맞닿아 힌지(100)의 회전범위를 한정하는 멈춤부(111)를 포함하는 암(110), 상기 암(110)과 연결되어 이송되는 유체를 제어하며 유체압에 의하여 힌지(100)를 축으로 회전 운동하는 디스크(200); 로 구성되며,
유체의 흐름이 없을 경우 상기 디스크(200)의 일면은 유체 유입구(300)를 차폐하고,
상기 힌지(100)는 스프링힌지가 적용되어 높은 유체압에 따른 디스크(200)의 급격한 개폐를 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격 감쇄장치가 구비된 듀얼체크밸브. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 멈춤부(111) 및 멈춤부와 맞닿는 바디 내부 일측면에 서로 같은 극의 자석을 형성하여 디스크(200)가 급격히 개방될 경우 상기 자석간의 척력으로 멈춤부(111)와 바디 내부 일측면간의 충격을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격 감쇄장치가 구비된 듀얼체크밸브. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 디스크(200) 및 디스크(200)와 맞닿는 유체 유입구(300)에 서로 같은 극의 자석을 형성하여 디스크(200)가 급격히 개방된 반작용으로 급격히 폐쇄되는 경우 상기 자석간의 척력으로 디스크(200)와 유체 유입구(300)간의 충격을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격 감쇄장치가 구비된 듀얼체크밸브. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 멈춤부(111) 또는 멈춤부(111)와 맞닿는 바디 내부 일측면에 용수철을 형성하여 디스크(200)가 급격히 개방될 경우 멈춤부(111)와 바디 내부 일측면간의 충격을 감쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격 감쇄장치가 구비된 듀얼체크밸브. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 디스크(200) 또는 디스크(200)와 맞닿는 유체 유입구(300)에 용수철을 형성하여 디스크(200)가 급격히 개방된 반작용으로 급격히 폐쇄되는 경우 디스크(200)와 유체 유입구(300)간의 충격을 감쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격 감쇄장치가 구비된 듀얼체크밸브. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 힌지(100)는 구동부가 장착되고, 상기 밸브 바디(10)의 양측에 연장되는 유로의 선단과 후단에 압력 및 유량을 측정하는 센서(S)가 장착되며, 상기 센서(S)로부터 압력 및 유량정보를 받아 구동부를 제어하여 디스크(200)를 개폐하는 제어부(C)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격 감쇄장치가 구비된 듀얼체크밸브. - 제 6 항에 있어서.
상기 제어부(C)는 메인제어부(C')와 연결되고, 상기 메인제어부(C')는 복수의 다른 밸브 제어부(C)와도 연결되어 밸브(1) 통합제어가 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 충격 감쇄장치가 구비된 듀얼체크밸브. - 제 7 항에 있어서.
상기 메인제어부(C')는 스마트기기(S)와 연결되어, 스마트기기(S)를 통하여 밸브(1) 개폐상태 확인 및 개폐제어가 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 충격 감쇄장치가 구비된 듀얼체크밸브.
