- 제어 배선 없이 울트라캐패시터 배터리의 충전 및 방전을 관리하는 장치에서,
- 하나 이상의 울트라캐패시터들로 구성되는 울트라캐패시터 배터리(1)와,
- 내연기관의 전기 시스템과 병렬로 연결되며, 필요에 따라 연결했다 분리 가능한 제1 전기 연결(부)와,
- 외부 전원(14)에 연결되는 분리 가능한 제2 전기 연결(부)와,
- 내연기관의 전기 시스템으로부터 울트라캐패시터 배터리(1)로의 전기의 흐름을 제어하는 제1 일방 스위치(2)와,
- 울트라캐패시터 배터리(1)로부터 내연기관의 전기 시스템으로의 전기의 흐름을 제어하는 제2 일방 스위치(3)와,
- 내연기관의 전기 시스템과 외부 전원(14)으로부터 울트라캐패시터 배터리(1)를 충전하는데 적합한 전압으로 승압 또는 강압 변환하는 DC-DC 컨버터와,

f. 시동 모터 회로를 전기적으로 닫는 단계와.
g. 내연기관의 전기시스템의 전압의 급격한 변화(dVbat)의 측정을 통해 시동 모터(회로)의 전기적 닫힘을 검출하는 단계와,
h. dVbat가 소정 값보다 크고 전기적 시동 모터(회로)가 전기적으로 닫혔으면 울트라캐패시터 배터리가 내연기관의 전기 회로에 전력을 공급하는 단계와,
i. 전기 시스템의 전압(Vbat)을 측정함으로써 내연기관의 작동 상태를 검출하는 단계와,
j. Vbat = Vmax이면, 내연기관이 시동되어 충전 발전기가 작동된 것으로 간주하여 전자 제어 장치(7)가 제1 일방 스위치(2)의 펄스 폭 변조를 통해 울트라캐패시터 배터리(1)의 충전 강도의 조절로 이행하는 단계와,
k. 내연기관을 정지시키는 단계와,
l. Vbat가 Vnom 이하이면, 내연기관이 정지된 것으로 간주하여 발전기(11)를 분리하고 전자 제어 장치(7)가 제1 및 제2 일방 스위치(2, 3)를 열고 DC-DC 컨버터를 사용하여 내연기관의 전기 배터리 또는 외부 전원(14)에 의해 공급되는 전력으로 울트라캐패시터 배터리(1)를 Vmax까지 충전하는 단계를
구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 배선이 없는 울트라캐패시터 배터리 충전 및 방전 관리 방법.
