Claims (13)
- 금속 자성 분말과,
신디오택틱 폴리스티렌 (SPS) 수지 및 변성 폴리페닐렌 에테르(m-PPE) 수지로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 수지를 가지며,
상기 금속 자성 분말은 디카르본산, 디카르본산 무수물 및 이의 유도체로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 피복체에 의해, 상기 금속 자성 분말의 표면의 일부 또는 전부가 피복되어 있는 상기 수지의 함유량이 21질량% 이상인 자성 컴파운드. - 금속 자성 분말과,
수지를 가지며,
상기 수지로서는, 신디오택틱 폴리스티렌(SPS) 수지, 변성 폴리페닐렌에테르 (m-PPE) 수지로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 수지로 이루어지며,
상기 금속 자성 분말은 다카르본산, 디카르본산 무수물 및 이의 유도체로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 피복체에 의해, 상기 금속 자성 분말의 표면의 일부 또는 전부가 피복되어 있는 자성 컴파운드. - 금속 자성 분말과,
신디오택틱 폴리스티렌 (SPS) 수지 및 변성 폴리페닐렌 에테르 (m-PPE) 수지로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 수지를 가지며,
상기 금속 자성 분말은 피복 공정에 대해 디카르본산, 디카르본산 무수물 및 이의 유도체로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 피복체에 의해 피복 처리된 것이며,
상기 수지의 함유량이 21질량% 이상인 자성 컴파운드. - 금속 자성 분말과,
수지를 가지며,
상기 수지로서는, 신디오택틱 폴리스티렌(SPS) 수지, 변성 폴리페닐렌 에테르(m-PPE) 수지로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 수지로 이루어지며,
상기 금속 자성 분말은 피복 공정에 대해 디카르본산, 디카르본산 무수물 및 이의 유도체로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 피복체에 의해 피복 처리된 것인 자성 컴파운드. - 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 자성 분말은 프탈산, 말레산, 무수 프탈산, 무수 말레산, 및 이의 유도체로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 피복체에 의해, 상기 금속 자성 분말의 표면의 일부 또는 전부가 피복되어 있는 자성 컴파운드.
여기서 말하는 유도체란, 관능기의 도입, 산화, 환원, 원자의 치환 등, 모체의 구조나 성질을 큰 폭으로 바꾸지 않는 정도의 개변이 이루어진 화합물을 지칭하며, 「원자의 치환」에는 말단이 알칼리 금속으로 치환이 이루어지고 가용성으로 된 것도 포함한다. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 금속 자성 분말과 피복체를 포함한 금속 자성 분말 복합체에 있어서의 고주파 연소법으로의 탄소 계측치가 0.1질량% 이상 10질량% 이하인 자성 컴파운드. - 청구항 5 또는 6에 있어서,
상기 피복체를 구성하는 프탈산, 무수 프탈산, 말레산, 무수 말레산 및 이들 유도체로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 화학 구조에 포함되는 탄소수가 4 이상 20 이하인 자성 컴파운드. - 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 항 항에 있어서,
상기 수지에 상기 금속 자성 분말의 100질량부에 대해서, 상기 프탈산, 말레산, 무수 프탈산, 무수 말레산, 및 이들 유도체로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 5질량부를 첨가하여 제작한 상기 금속 자성 분말 복합체를 30vol% 함유시켜서 상기 자성 컴파운드를 구성했을 때, 측정 주파수 2㎓에 있어서의 투자율의 실수부μ'가 1.5 이상, 한편, tanδμ 및 tanδε가 0.05 이하인 자성 컴파운드. - 청구항 1 내지 8 중 어느 항 항에 있어서,
상기 자성 컴파운드를 0.75㎓ 이상 1.0㎓ 이하의 범위에서 0.05㎓씩 측정했을 때에 있어서의, 투자율의 실수부 μ' 및 유전율의 실수부 ε'의 표준 편차가 0.01 이하인 자성 컴파운드. - 금속 자성 분말과,
신디오택틱 폴리스티렌 (SPS) 수지, 변성 폴리페닐렌 에테르 (m-PPE) 수지로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 수지를 가지며, 상기 수지의 함유량이 21질량% 이상인 자성 컴파운드에서,
상기 금속 자성 분말과 디카르본산, 디카르본산 무수물 및 이의 유도체로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 피복체로 구성되는 금속 자성 분말 복합체를, 30vol% 함유시켜서 상기 자성 컴파운드를 구성했을 때,
측정 주파수 2㎓에 있어서의 투자율의 실수부가 μ'가 1.5 이상, 또한, tanδμ 및 tanδε가 0.05 이하를 나타내는 자성 컴파운드. - 청구항 1 내지 10 중 어느 항 항에 기재된 자성 컴파운드에 의해 구성된 안테나.
- 청구항 1 내지 10 중 어느 항 항에 있어서,
상기 자성 컴파운드는 금속 자성 분말과 프탈산, 무수 프탈산, 말레산, 무수 말레산 및 이들 유도체 중 적어도 어느 하나를 혼합하여 금속 자성 분말 복합체를 형성한 후에, 수지와 혼련함으로써 얻을 수 있는 자성 컴파운드. - 청구항 1 내지 1O 및 청구항 12 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 자성 컴파운드에 의해 구성된 안테나를 구비한 전자기기.
