Claims (17)
- (i) 구리포메이트, 아민화합물 및 극성 용매를 소정의 비율로 혼합하는 단계;
(ii) 상기 (i) 단계의 혼합물을 소정의 온도에서 열분해 하는 단계;
(iii) 세척 및 건조를 수행하여 구리 나노 입자를 획득하는 단계;
(iv) 용매10 내지 30wt%에 바인더 1 내지 10wt%를 첨가하여 제 1용액을 제조하는 단계;
(v) 상기 제 1용액에 상기 구리 나노 입자 60 내지 80wt%를 분산하여 제 2용액을 제조하는 단계;
(vi) 상기 제 2용액을 혼련하여 구리 잉크를 제조하는 단계;
(vii) 상기 구리 잉크를 기판에 인쇄하여 인쇄층을 형성하는 단계; 및
(viii) 상기 인쇄층에 레이저빔을 조사하여, 상기 인쇄층 중 상기 레이저빔이 조사된 부분의 구리 잉크가 소결되고, 소결되지 않은 부분은 제거되어 소정의 패턴을 가지는 차폐 패턴이 형성되는 단계; 를 포함하고,
상기 레이저빔을 조사함으로써 상기 구리 잉크 내의 구리가 환원되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 소결을 이용한 투명 전자파 차폐 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (viii) 단계에서 형성되는 차폐 패턴은 선폭이 5 내지 50㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 소결을 이용한 투명 전자파 차폐 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (viii) 단계에서 형성되는 차폐 패턴은 선고가 2 내지 30㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 소결을 이용한 투명 전자파 차폐 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (viii) 단계에서 형성되는 차폐 패턴은 선간이 50 내지 300㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 소결을 이용한 투명 전자파 차폐 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 투명 전자파 차폐 필름의 체적저항은 10 내지 90μΩcm인것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 소결을 이용한 투명 전자파 차폐 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 투명 전자파 차폐 필름의 전자파 차폐율은 30 내지 70dB이며, 면 저항 값은 10 내지 200mΩ/□인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 소결을 이용한 투명 전자파 차폐 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 투명 전자파 차폐 필름의 투과도가 80 내지 90%인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 소결을 이용한 투명 전자파 차폐 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (viii) 단계에서는, 나노초 펄스의 레이저빔을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 소결을 이용한 투명 전자파 차폐 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (viii) 단계에서 조사되는 레이저빔은 파장이 300 내지 1100nm이고, 강도는 103 내지 107W/cm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 소결을 이용한 투명 전자파 차폐 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (viii) 단계에서 조사되는 레이저빔의 직경은 5 내지 500㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 소결을 이용한 투명 전자파 차폐 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서.
상기 구리 나노 입자의 평균 입경은 50 내지 150nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 소결을 이용한 투명 전자파 차폐 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (iv) 단계의 상기 용매는 알코올계 용매와 아세테이트계 용매를 1:2 내지 1:4 비율로 혼합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 소결을 이용한 투명 전자파 차폐 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (vi) 단계에서 제조되는 구리 잉크의 점도는 3,000 내지 60,000Cps인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 소결을 이용한 투명 전자파 차폐 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (viii) 단계의 이후에,
상기 인쇄층 중 상에 상기 레이저빔이 조사되는 않은 영역을 세척용매를 사용하여 제거하는 단계; 를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 소결을 이용한 투명 전자파 차폐 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (vii) 단계에서의 구리 잉크는,
잉크젯 프린팅, 그라비아 프린팅, 그라비아-옵셋 프린팅, 리버스-옵셋 프린팅, 롤투롤 프린팅 및 스크린 프린팅 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 방법으로 상기 기판에 인쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 소결을 이용한 투명 전자파 차폐 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 15 중 선택되는 하나의 항에 따른 제조방법으로 제조되는 투명 전자파 차폐 필름.
- 청구항 16에 있어서,
전자파 차폐율은 30 내지 70dB이며, 면 저항 값은 10 내지 200mΩ/□인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 소결을 이용한 투명 전자파 차폐 필름.
