Claims (57)
- 다층 혈관 보철물로서,
상기 보철물의 내강 표면 상에 배치된 연속적으로 침착된(serially deposited) 섬유 층; 및
상기 연속적으로 침착된 섬유 층에 결합된 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE) 층을 포함하고, 상기 PTFE 층은 적어도 하나의 방향에서 측정하여, 상기 연속적으로 침착된 섬유 층 및 상기 PTFE 층으로 구성된 구조물의 인장 강도의 적어도 80%를 제공하는, 다층 혈관 보철물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 PTFE 층은 발포 PTFE(ePTFE)를 포함하는, 다층 혈관 보철물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 ePTFE 층은 상기 연속적으로 침착된 섬유 층 및 상기 ePTFE 층으로 구성된 구조물의 인장 강도의 적어도 90%를 제공하는, 다층 혈관 보철물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 ePTFE 층은 상기 보철물의 내강으로부터 벗어난 표면(abluminal surface) 상에 배치되는, 다층 혈관 보철물.
