Abstract
Description
도 2는 엽편 캘러스로부터 직접 형성된 신초(배양 3~4주)를 나타내는 도이다.
도 3은 옆편 캘러스로부터 직접 형성된 신초만을 골라서 다시 6주간 배양한 후의 신초를 나타낸 도이다.
도 4는 유식물체 증식을 나타낸 도이다.
도 5는 발근 배지의 종류에 따른 유식물체의 뿌리 형성의 비교를 나타낸 도이다.
도 6은 표 7의 조성으로 제조된 배지를 발근 배지로 사용하였을 때, 뿌리가 완전히 분화된 유식물체를 나타낸 도이다(좌 : 뿌리가 분화된 유식물체, 우 : 배지 내에 형성된 뿌리).

Claims (11)
2) 상기 단계 1)의 부정아로부터 신초를 형성하여 배양하는 단계;
3) 상기 단계 2)의 신초를 유목(어린 식물체)으로 분화시키는 단계; 및
4) 상기 단계 3)의 유목에서 뿌리를 형성한 후, 기외 순화시켜 성목을 생산하는 단계를 포함하는 양앵두 왜성대목 "기세라 5"의 대량증식을 위한 배양방법.
