Abstract
Description
도 2는 두 가지 방법의 건조 스트레스(심지 1개을 이용하여 심지 노출 길이 3cm 및 완전 관수 중단) 처리에 따른 이고들빼기에 포함된 총 페놀화합물의 함량 및 이고들빼기 잎의 수분함량, 치커리산(chicoric acid) 함량을 확인한 결과를 나타낸 도이다.
도 3은 복합 저온 스트레스(광도 300μmol/m2/s +저온 10℃, 150μmol/m2/s +저온 10℃, 낮 20℃+밤 10℃, 낮 10℃+밤 20℃) 처리에 따른 이고들빼기에 포함된 총 페놀함량과 치커리산 함량을 확인한 결과를 나타낸 도이다.
도 4는 UV-A LED 보조 광원 처리에 따른 이고들빼기에 포함된 총 페놀함량을 확인한 결과를 나타낸 도이다.
도 5는 살리실산 처리에 따른 이고들빼기에 포함된 총 페놀화합물과 항산화도, 치커리산 함량을 확인한 결과를 나타낸 도이다.
Claims (6)
- 외부 환경 스트레스를 이용한 이고들빼기(Crepidiastrum denticulatum)의 생리활성 물질 증진 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 외부 환경 스트레스는 건조 스트레스, 저온 스트레스, 광 스트레스 및 화학적 유도인자(Chemical elicitor)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 스트레스를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이고들빼기의 생리활성 물질 증진 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 생리활성 물질은 페놀 화합물(phenolic) 및 치커리산(chicoric acid)인 것을 특징으로 하는 이고들빼기의 생리활성 물질 증진 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 광 스트레스는 자외선(Ultraviolet)을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이고들빼기의 생리활성 물질 증진 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 화학적 유도인자(Chemical elicitor)는 살리실산(salicylic acid)을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이고들빼기의 생리활성 물질 증진 방법.
- 제 1항의 방법을 이용하여 생리활성 물질이 증진된 이고들빼기.
