Abstract
Description
도 2는, 겹침 필렛 용접된 용접 금속의 단면에 있어서의 판 두께 변화 형상을 나타낸다. 상단은 용접부에 있어서의 판 두께 변화의 구배가 11도, 하단은 동 구배가 25도인 경우를 나타낸다.
도 3은, 판 두께 변화의 구배가 1050℃인 내산화성(판 두께 감소)에 미치는 영향을 나타내는 그래프이다.

Si: 1.0%∼4.0%,
Mn: 0.5∼3.5%,
P: 0.010∼0.040%,
S: 0.0001∼0.010%,
Cr: 20∼30%,
Ni: 8∼25%,
Mo: 0.01∼1.5%,
Al: 0.001∼0.10%, 및
N: 0.13∼0.50%
를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물이며,
Cr, Mo, Si, C, 및 N의 함유량이
Cr+20Mo≥24.0%, 및
Si+20C+15N≥5.8%
를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 단속 산화 특성이 우수한 배기계 부품용 스테인리스 강판. - 제1항에 있어서, 또한, 질량%로,
Cu: 0.1∼3.0%,
V: 0.03∼0.5%,

Sn: 0.01∼0.10%,
Co: 0.01∼0.30%, 및
Mg: 0.0002%∼0.010%
중 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단속 산화 특성이 우수한 배기계 부품용 스테인리스 강판. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 스테인리스 강판을 모재로서 사용한 용접 구조를 갖고, 용접부에 있어서의 판 두께 변화의 구배가 15도 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기계 부품.
