Abstract
Description
도 2 는 도 1 에 도시된 피봇 유닛을 위로부터 본 사시도이며,
도 3 은 피봇 장치들 중의 하나를 길이방향으로 본 단면도이며,
도 4 는 물체의 길이방향으로 제공되는 긴 물체의 처리를 허용하는 제 1 조작 형태의 피봇 유닛을 도시하며,
도 5 는 물체의 폭 방향으로 제공된 긴 물체의 처리를 허용하는 제 2 조작 형태의 피봇 유닛을 도시하며,
도 6 은 본 발명의 맥락에서 제기된 기술적 문제점에 따른 생산성 손실을 유도하는, 90°에 걸친 피봇 작동으로 인한 연속적인 블랭크들 사이의 간격 변동을 도식적으로 예시하며,
도 7 은 본 발명에 의해 달성된 결과를 도식적으로 예시하며,
도 8 은 블랭크-처리 기계에서 도 6 의 원리를 도식적으로 예시하며,
도 9 는 블랭크-처리 기계에서 도 7 의 원리, 즉 본 발명의 적용을 도식적으로 예시한다.
Claims (7)
- 일련의 평탄한 물체들 (101) 을 이송하는 방법으로서,
각각의 평탄한 물체 (101) 가 피봇 구역 (ZR) 에서의 피봇 단계 중에 제 1 속도 (V1) 로 이송되면서 피봇되며,
각각의 상기 평탄한 물체 (101) 가 상기 피봇 구역 (ZR) 에 인접한 제 2 구역 (Z2) 에서 제 2 속도 (V2) 로 이송되며, 상기 제 2 속도 (V2) 는 상기 제 1 속도 (V1) 와 상이하고,
상기 제 2 구역 (Z2) 이 상기 평탄한 물체들 (101) 의 이동 방향으로 상기 피봇 구역 (ZR) 의 뒤에 있을 때, 상기 제 2 속도 (V2) 는 상기 제 1 속도 (V1) 보다 더 낮고,
상기 제 2 구역 (Z2) 이 상기 평탄한 물체들 (101) 의 이동 방향으로 상기 피봇 구역 (ZR) 의 앞에 있을 때, 상기 제 1 속도 (V1) 는 상기 제 2 속도 (V2) 보다 더 큰, 일련의 평탄한 물체들 (101) 을 이송하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
피봇은 90°에 걸쳐서 발생하는, 일련의 평탄한 물체들 (101) 을 이송하는 방법. - 평탄한 물체들 (101) 을 처리하고 이송하는 장치로서,
상기 평탄한 물체들 (101) 이 제 1 속도 (V1) 로 제 1 이송 수단 (11,12,21,22) 에 의해 이송되는, 상기 평탄한 물체를 위한 적어도 하나의 피봇 구역 (ZR) 및 상기 피봇 구역 (ZR) 에 인접한 제 2 구역 (Z2) 을 포함하며,
상기 제 2 구역 (Z2) 에서 상기 평탄한 물체들 (101) 이 상기 제 1 속도 (V1) 와 상이한 제 2 속도 (V2) 로 제 2 이송 수단에 의해 이송되고,
상기 제 1 속도 (V1) 는 상기 제 2 속도 (V2) 보다 더 크고, 상기 제 2 구역 (Z2) 은 상기 평탄한 물체들 (101) 의 이동 방향으로 상기 피봇 구역 (ZR) 의 앞에 있는, 평탄한 물체들 (101) 을 처리하고 이송하는 장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 피봇 구역 (ZR) 에서 상기 평탄한 물체들 (101) 의 피봇은 90°만큼의 회전인, 평탄한 물체들 (101) 을 처리하고 이송하는 장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 이송 수단의 구동은 제 1 모터에 의해 제공되며 상기 제 2 이송 수단의 구동은 제 2 모터에 의해 제공되는, 평탄한 물체들 (101) 을 처리하고 이송하는 장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 평탄한 물체들 (101) 이 판지, 골판지, 종이 또는 합성 재료로 형성되는, 평탄한 물체들 (101) 을 처리하고 이송하는 장치. - 제 3 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 적어도 하나의 장치를 포함하는, 블랭크 (101) 와 같은 평탄한 물체를 처리하는 기계.
