Abstract
즉 PMMA수지 필렛 95~98 중량%에 0.2~1㎣의 입자를 유지하는 펄광택 분말 2~5 중량%를 고르게 분포시켜서 광택혼합물을 형성하는 광택수지 조성단계(S1)와, ASA수지 필렛을 매인압출기(31)로 투입함과 광택혼합물을 복수의 보조압출기(32)로 각각 나누어 투입하는 수지원료 투입단계(S2)와, 매인압출기(31)에서 가열시킨 ASA 용융수지를 피드블록(30)의 중심부에 80~90 부피%로 투입함과 동시에 복수의 보조압출기(32)에서 가열시킨 용융 광택수지를 피드블록(30)의 상, 하단부에 각각 5~10 부피%로 대칭이 되도록 투입하는 용융수지 분배단계(S3)와, ASA 용융수지를 80~90의 두께%를 유지하도록 배출하는 내장패널(10)의 양측 상하 표면에 용융 광택수지를 5~10의 두께%를 유지하는 광택시트(11)가 밀착한 상태를 유지하는 단면의 기초패널(1b)을 형성하는 기초패널 성형단계(S4)와, 다수의 압착롤러(20)를 통해 진행하여 중심부에 80~90의 두께%를 유지하는 내장패널(10)의 양측 상하 표면에 5~10의 두께%를 유지하는 광택시트(11)가 밀착한 상태로 연속적으로 이루어지는 길이로 압착하여 성형패널(1a)을 형성하는 성형패널 압착단계(S5)를 각각 순차적으로 진행하는 표면 펄광택 욕조용 패널의 제조방법을 통해;
80~90의 두께%를 유지하는 ASA 수지로 구성하는 불투명 내장패널(10)의 양쪽 표면에 0.2~1㎣의 입자크기의 펄광택 분말 2~5중량%를 95~98중량%의 PMMA 수지에 고르게 분포하여 각각 5~10의 두께%로 형성한 투명체의 표면시트를 밀착하여 일체로 형성한 단면을 유지하는 펄광택 고내후성 욕조용 패널을 생산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.

Claims (2)
- PMMA수지 필렛 95~98 중량%에 0.2~1㎣의 입자를 유지하는 펄광택 분말 2~5 중량%를 함유하여 고르게 분포시켜서 광택혼합물을 형성하는 광택수지 조성단계(S1)와;
ASA수지 필렛을 매인압출기(31)로 투입함과 동시에 상기 광택수지 조성단계(S1)를 통해 형성한 광택혼합물을 복수의 보조압출기(32)로 각각 나누어 투입하는 수지원료 투입단계(S2)와;
상기 수지원료 투입단계(S2)를 통해 매인압출기(31)에 유입한 ASA수지 필렛을 230~260℃의 온도로 가열하여 유지시킨 ASA 용융수지를 피드블록(30)의 중심부에 80~90 부피%로 투입함과 동시에 복수의 보조압출기(32)에 유입한 광택혼합물을 240~260℃의 온도로 가열하여 유지시킨 용융 광택수지를 피드블록(30)의 상, 하단부에 각각 5~10 부피%로 대칭이 되도록 투입하는 용융수지 분배단계(S3)와;
상기 용융수지 분배단계(S3)를 통해 피드블록(30) 중심부에 유지하는 ASA 용융수지를 80~90의 두께%를 유지하도록 배출하는 내장패널(10)의 양측 상하 표면에 피드블록(30) 상, 하단부 양측에 유지하는 용융 광택수지를 5~10의 두께%를 유지하도록 배출하는 광택시트(11)가 밀착한 상태를 유지하는 단면의 기초패널(1b)을 형성하는 기초패널 성형단계(S4)와;
상기 기초패널 성형단계(S4)를 통해 배출되는 기초패널(1b)을 다수의 압착롤러(20)를 통해 진행하여 중심부에 80~90의 두께%를 유지하는 내장패널(10)의 양측 상하 표면에 5~10의 두께%를 유지하는 광택시트(11)가 밀착한 상태로 800mm~1800mm의 넓이와 연속적으로 이루어지는 길이로 압착하여 성형패널(1a)을 형성하는 성형패널 압착단계(S5)를 각각 순차적으로 진행하여 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택을 유지하는 고내후성 욕조용 패널 제조방법 - 80~90의 두께%를 유지하는 ASA 수지로 구성하는 불투명 내장패널(10)의 양쪽 표면에 0.2~1㎣의 입자크기의 펄광택 분말 2~5중량%를 95~98중량%의 PMMA 수지에 고르게 분포하여 각각 5~10의 두께%로 형성한 투명체의 표면시트를 밀착하여 일체로 형성한 단면을 유지하도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택을 유지하는 고내후성 욕조용 패널.
