도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이중 보온관의 내관 끝단에 용접되는 허브와 실링재의 결합상태 예시도.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 서로 마주 보고 결합되는 이중 보온관의 허브들의 외주면을 감싸도록 부착되는 클램프를 설명하기 위한 허브 및 클램프 단면 예시도.
도 4는 도 3에 도시한 허브 및 클램프의 결합 상태를 보이기 위한 정면 예시도.

Claims (4)
- 내관과 외관 사이에 보냉재가 충진되어 있되, 외관 보다 길이가 긴 내관의 양측이 노출되어 있는 이중 보온관의 내관 양 끝단 각각에, 일측의 직경이 내관 직경 보다 큰 직경을 가지는 허브의 타측이 용접된 이중 보온관을 준비하는 단계와;
연결하고자 하는 상기 이중 보온관들에 각각 형성된 허브를 서로 마주 보도록 결합하되 실링재 삽입하여 결합하는 단계와;
서로 마주 보도록 결합된 상기 두 허브의 외주면을 감싸도록 클램프를 부착해 클램핑하는 단계와;
상기 클램프에 의해 연결되는 두 이중 보온관의 내관 노출부위와 상기 클램프 주변을 덮개로 케이싱(casing)하는 단계와;
상기 덮개 일부분을 천공한 후 그 덮개 내부로 보냉재를 충진하는 단계;를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 이중 보온관 연결공법. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 보냉재는 폴리우레탄 폼임을 특징으로 하는 이중 보온관 연결공법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 클램프에 의해 서로 연결되는 이중 보온관은 직관 타입의 이중 보온관임을 특징으로 하는 이중 보온관 연결공법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 클램프에 의해 서로 연결되는 이중 보온관은 엘보(elbow) 타입이거나, 엘보 타입 및 직관 타입의 이중 보온관임을 특징으로 하는 이중 보온관 연결공법.
