Claims (3)
- 내부에 형성되는 유로(11)와, 내주에 형성되는 바디시트홈(15)과, 상기 바디시트홈(15)에 결합되는 바디시트(13)로 구성되는 바디(10); 상기 바디(10)의 내부에 회전가능하게 설치되어 유로(11)를 개폐시켜 유량을 제어하되, 외주에 형성되는 디스크시트홈(22)과, 상기 디스크시트홈(22)에 삽입 구성되어 상기 바디시트(13)와 접촉되어 기밀을 유지하는 디스크시트(24)와, 일측에 상기 디스크시트(24)의 고정을 위해 결합되는 리테이너(27)로 구성되는 디스크(20); 로 구성되는 버터플라이 밸브에 있어서,
상기 바디시트(13)는 금속재질로 형성되며 상기 바디시트(13)의 외주와 마주하는 바디(10)의 일면 사이에 팽창공간(19)이 형성되고,
상기 디스크시트(24)는 강화테프론 재질로 형성되고 상기 디스크시트홈(22)의 형상과 대응되되 상기 디스크시트홈(22)보다 작게 형성되며,
상기 리테이너(27)의 일측에는 유체가 인입되어 그 압에 의해 상기 디스크시트(24)가 상기 바디시트(13)와 마주하는 방향으로 밀림될 수 있도록 도압홀(29)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 온도 변화에 따른 팽창과 수축에 대응하는 압력씰 타입 시트구조의 버터플라이밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 디스크시트(24)의 일측에는 홈부(25)가 형성되어 바디시트(13)와 마주하는 방향으로 수축과 팽창이 이루어질 수 있도록 하고 마주하지 않는 방향으로 이동을 제한할 수 있도록 상기 홈부(25)에 백업링(26)이 삽입 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 온도 변화에 따른 팽창과 수축에 대응하는 압력씰 타입 시트구조의 버터플라이밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 바디(10)와 바디시트(13) 사이에는 유체의 누설을 차단할 수 있도록 하나 또는 다수의 패킹(17)이 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 온도 변화에 따른 팽창과 수축에 대응하는 압력씰 타입 시트구조의 버터플라이밸브.
