Claims (10)
- 유압 액추에이터 장치의 작동점 조절 및 적응 방법으로서, 유압액으로 충전된 압력 라인(4)을 통해 체적 유동 공급원(3)이 유압 실린더(5)에 연결되고, 유압액의 체적(V)이 체적 유동 공급원(3)에 의해 제어되며, 상기 작동점은 액추에이터 장치(1)에 의해 작동하게 될 디바이스(2)의 사전 설정된 파라미터에서 액추에이터 장치(1)의 위치에 상응하는, 유압 액추에이터 장치의 작동점 조절 및 적응 방법에 있어서,
작동점의 조절을 위해 필요한 유압액의 체적(V실제 신규)은 체적 유동 공급원 모터(9) 및/또는 체적 유동 공급원(3)의 회전 위치(φ)로부터 도출되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유압 액추에이터 장치의 작동점 조절 및 적응 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 회전 위치를 결정하기 위해 체적 유동 공급원 모터(9) 및/또는 체적 유동 공급원(3)의 실제 회전각(φ실제)이 측정되고, 상기 회전각은 압력/각도 제어기(12)에 포함된 회전각 제어의 선행된 회전각 제어 사이클의 목표 회전각(φ목표)으로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유압 액추에이터 장치의 작동점 조절 및 적응 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유압액의 체적(V)은 측정된 회전각(φ실제)을 회전각 당 체적 유동 공급원의 체적과 곱함으로써 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유압 액추에이터 장치의 작동점 조절 및 적응 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 작동점의 조절을 위해 필요한 유압액의 체적(V실제 신규)은 사전 설전된 작동점 하부에서 회전각 제어에 의해 그리고 사전 설전된 작동점 상부에서 압력/각도 제어기(12)에 의해 실행된 압력 제어에 의해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유압 액추에이터 장치의 작동점 조절 및 적응 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 회전각 제어 및 압력 제어는 사전 설정된 작동점의 영역에서 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유압 액추에이터 장치의 작동점 조절 및 적응 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 하나 이상의 항에 있어서, 사전 설정된 작동점으로서 클러치(2)의 접촉점(TP)이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유압 액추에이터 장치의 작동점 조절 및 적응 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 하나 이상의 항에 있어서, 유압액의 체적(V)을 결정하는 경우, 산출된 누출(V누출)이 고려되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유압 액추에이터 장치의 작동점 조절 및 적응 방법.
