Abstract
본 발명은 저면으로부터 잡석층(11), 버림콘크리트층(12), PE필름층(13), 기초콘크리트층(14), 압축단열재층(23), 우레탄층(24), 온수관(26)이 매설된 마감콘크리트층(25), 온수관(26), 실리칼도포층(27)이 차례로 적층된 냉동 저온창고의 바닥면(10)에 있어서, 기초콘크리트층(14)의 상부에는 일정한 깊이를 가진 격자형 격벽(15)을 형성하고 격자형 격벽(15)이 이루는 공간부(16)에는 상부에 유입공(18)을 가진 배수관(17)을 서로 연통되게 조립하는 한편, 격자형 격벽(15) 위에는 절곡패널(20)을 거치시킨 구성을 특징으로 한다.
격자형 격벽(15)이 이루는 공간부(16)의 배수관(17) 주위에는 자갈(19)이 충전되어 결로수가 포집된다.
절곡패널(20)의 상면은 모르타르(21)가 채워지고 저면은 결로가 이루어지는 공기층(22)이 형성된다.
본 발명은 지하에서 침투되는 수분을 효과적으로 포집하여 외부로 배출함으로써 건축물의 기초가 동해를 입지 않게 된다. 또한 바닥면의 효과적인 단열효과로 인하여 창고 내부의 습기가 바닥면에 응결되어 생성되는 결로수를 자연증발시킬 수 있으므로 동해를 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (3)
- 저면으로부터 잡석층(11), 버림콘크리트층(12), PE필름층(13), 기초콘크리트층(14), 압축단열재층(23), 우레탄층(24), 온수관(26)이 매설된 마감콘크리트층(25), 실리칼도포층(27)이 차례로 적층된 냉동 저온창고의 바닥면(10)에 있어서, 기초콘크리트층(14)의 상부에는 일정한 깊이를 가진 격자형 격벽(15)을 형성하고 격자형 격벽(15)이 이루는 공간부(16)에는 상부에 유입공(18)을 가진 배수관(17)을 서로 연통되게 조립하는 한편, 격자형 격벽(15) 위에는 절곡패널(20)을 거치시킨 구성을 특징으로 하는 방습 및 냉해방지를 위한 냉동 저온창고.
- 제1항에 있어서, 격자형 격벽(15)이 이루는 공간부(16)의 배수관(17) 주위에는 자갈(19)을 충전하어 결로수가 포집되게 한 구성을 특징으로 하는 방습 및 냉해방지를 위한 냉동 저온창고.
- 제1항에 있어서, 절곡패널(20)의 상면은 모르타르(21)가 채워지고 저면은 결로가 이루어지는 공기층(22)이 형성된 구성을 특징으로 하는 방습 및 냉해방지를 위한 냉동 저온창고.
