Claims (16)
- 알킬기의 탄소수가 5 이상인 (메트)아크릴산알킬에스테르 (a) 및 알킬기의 탄소수가 1 ∼ 4 인 (메트)아크릴산알킬에스테르 (b) 를 구성 단량체로 하는 공중합체 (A) 를 함유하는 점도 지수 향상제로서,
상기 알킬기의 탄소수가 5 이상인 (메트)아크릴산알킬에스테르 (a) 의 알킬기의 몰 평균 탄소수 (Q) 가 29 이상이고,
구성 단량체로서 상기 공중합체 (A) 의 중량에 기초하여 상기 알킬기의 탄소수가 1 ∼ 4 인 (메트)아크릴산알킬에스테르 (b) 를 38 ∼ 75 중량% 함유하는 점도 지수 향상제. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 공중합체 (A) 의 용해성 파라미터가 9.0 ∼ 9.5 (cal/㎤)1/2 인 점도 지수 향상제. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 알킬기의 탄소수가 5 이상인 (메트)아크릴산알킬에스테르 (a) 가, 하기 일반식 (1) 로 나타내는 단량체 (a1), 하기 일반식 (2) 로 나타내는 단량체 (a2) 및 탄소수 5 ∼ 36 의 직사슬 알킬기를 갖는 (메트)아크릴산알킬에스테르 (a3) 으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상인 점도 지수 향상제.

[R1 은 수소 원자 또는 메틸기 ; -X1- 은 -O- 또는 -NH- 로 나타내는 기 ; R2 는 탄소수 2 ∼ 4 의 직사슬 또는 분기 알킬렌기이고, p 는 0 ∼ 20 의 정수이고, p 가 2 이상인 경우의 R2 를 구성하는 구성 단위는 동일해도 되고 상이해도 되고, (R2O)p 부분은 랜덤 결합이어도 되고 블록 결합이어도 된다 ; R3 은 탄소수 32 ∼ 44 의 분기 알킬기이다]

[R4 는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기 ; -X2- 는 -O- 또는 -NH- 로 나타내는 기 ; R5 는 탄소수 2 ∼ 4 의 직사슬 또는 분기 알킬렌기이고, q 는 0 ∼ 20 의 정수이고, q 가 2 이상인 경우의 R5 를 구성하는 구성 단위는 동일해도 되고 상이해도 되고, (R5O)q 부분은 랜덤 결합이어도 되고 블록 결합이어도 된다 ; R6 은 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 2 ∼ 14 의 직사슬 또는 분기 알킬기이다] - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 공중합체 (A) 의 용해성 파라미터의 분산도가 0.35 ∼ 1.00 인 점도 지수 향상제. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 공중합체 (A) 의 중량 평균 분자량이 5,000 ∼ 200,000 인 점도 지수 향상제. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 공중합체 (A) 가, 구성 단량체로서 추가로 질소 원자 함유 비닐 단량체 (e), 수산기 함유 비닐 단량체 (f) 및 인산기 함유 비닐 단량체 (g) 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상을 함유하여 이루어지는 공중합체인 점도 지수 향상제. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
추가로, 고분자 모노머 (r) 을 구성 단량체로 하는 (공)중합체 (B) 를 함유하여 이루어지는 점도 지수 향상제. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 점도 지수 향상제와 윤활유 기유를 함유하여 이루어지는 윤활유 조성물로서,
상기 윤활유 기유의 100 ℃ 에 있어서의 동점도가 1.4 ∼ 2.5 ㎟/s 인 윤활유 조성물. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 윤활유 기유의 40 ℃ 에 있어서의 동점도가 4.0 ∼ 6.0 ㎟/s 인 윤활유 조성물. - 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 윤활유 기유의 점도 지수가 90 ∼ 125 인 윤활유 조성물. - 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
100 ℃ 에 있어서의 동점도가 4.2 ∼ 7.0 ㎟/s 이고, 점도 지수가 250 ∼ 450 인 윤활유 조성물. - 제 8 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
전단 안정성이 10 % 이하인 윤활유 조성물. - 제 8 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
-40 ℃ 에 있어서의 저온 점도가 5,000 mPa·s 이하인 윤활유 조성물. - 제 8 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 윤활유 기유가, 고정제도 광물 기유, GTL 기유 및 합성계 윤활유 기유로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상인 윤활유 조성물. - 제 8 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
추가로 분산제, 청정제, 산화 방지제, 유성 향상제, 유동점 강하제, 마찰 마모 조정제, 극압제, 소포제, 항유화제 및 부식 방지제로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 첨가제를 함유하여 이루어지는 윤활유 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 점도 지수 향상제와, 100 ℃ 에 있어서의 동점도가 1.4 ∼ 2.5 ㎟/s 인 윤활유 기유를 혼합하는 공정을 포함하는 윤활유 조성물의 제조 방법.
