Claims (15)
- 혈액 펌프(1)로서,
통로(7)에 의해 연결되는 혈류 입구(5) 및 혈류 출구(6)를 갖는 펌프 케이싱 (2), 및
상기 펌프 케이싱(2) 내에서 회전축(9)을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 배치된 임펠러(3) - 상기 임펠러(3)에는 상기 통로(7)를 따라 상기 혈류 입구(5)로부터 상기 혈류 출구(6)로 혈액을 이송하기 위한 크기 및 형상을 갖는 블레이드(4)가 제공됨 - ,
상기 임펠러(3)는 상기 임펠러(3)의 제1 축방향 단부에 있는 제1 베어링(10) 및 제1 베어링(10)으로부터 축방향으로 이격된 제2 베어링에 의해 펌프 케이싱(2) 내에 회전 가능하게 지지되며,
상기 제1 베어링(10)은 상기 회전축(9)을 따라 연장하고 상기 임펠러(3)와 상기 펌프 케이싱 (2) 중 하나에 연결된 돌출부(11) 및 상기 임펠러(3)와 상기 펌프 케이싱(2) 중 다른 하나에 있는 공동(13)을 포함하며, 상기 돌출부(11)는 상기 제1 베어링(10) 및 상기 제2 베어링(20)이 축방향 힘을 동일한 축방향으로 지탱하기 위해 배치되도록 상기 공동(13)과 맞물리는 확장부(12)를 포함하는
혈액 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 확장부(12)는 상기 공동(13) 내에 둘러싸인 혈액 펌프. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공동(13)은 크기 및 형상에서 상기 확장부(12)와 상응하는 혈액 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 확장부(12)는 형상이 적어도 부분적으로 구형인 혈액 펌프. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 확장부(13)는 상기 공동 (13)에 스냅 끼워 맞춤되어 있는 혈액 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 베어링(20)은 상기 펌프 케이싱(2)과 마주하는 상기 임펠러(3)의 베어링 표면(23)을 포함하는 접촉식 베어링인 혈액 펌프. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 베어링 (20)은 피봇 베어링인 혈액 펌프. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 회전축(9)을 따라 연장하고 그 회전축을 중심으로 회전 가능하며 상기 임펠러(3)가 그 위에 장착된 샤프트(14)를 더 포함하며, 상기 샤프트(14)는 상기 제1 베어링(10)의 일부를 형성하는 제1 단부(19) 및 상기 제2 베어링(20)의 일부를 형성하는 제2 단부(24)를 갖는 혈액 펌프. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 샤프트(14)의 상기 제1 단부(19)는 상기 확장부(12)를 포함하는 혈액 펌프. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 샤프트(14)는 상기 확장부(12)의 외경과 실질적으로 동일한 외경을 가지며, 상기 돌출부(11)는 상기 확장부(12)와 상기 샤프트(14)의 잔여 부분 사이에 배치된 넥(neck)을 형성하는 혈액 펌프. - 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 샤프트(14)의 제2 단부(24)는 상기 제2 베어링(20)의 베어링 표면을 포함하며, 상기 베어링 표면은 오목한 것인 혈액 펌프. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 공동(13)의 벽은 갭(18)에 의해 분리된 적어도 2개의 부분(17)을 포함하며, 상기 갭(18)은 통로(7)와 유체 연결되고 혈액을 공동(13)으로 들어가게 하는 것인 혈액 펌프. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 확장부(12)는 적어도 하나의 자석 (40)을 포함하며, 상기 펌프 케이싱(2)은 상기 제2 베어링(20)으로부터 멀어지는 축방향으로 향하는 상기 자석(40, 41) 사이에 반발 자력이 발생하도록 배치된 적어도 하나의 자석(41)을 포함하는 혈액 펌프. - 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 베어링(10, 20) 중 적어도 하나의 베어링 표면 중 적어도 하나는 적어도 하나의 스프링에 의해 지지되며, 상기 적어도 하나 스프링은 제2 베어링으로부터 제1 베어링을 향해 축방향으로 축방향 힘을 지탱하도록 배열된 혈액 펌프. - 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 혈액 펌프(1)는 축방향 혈액 펌프, 원심 혈액 펌프 또는 혼합형 혈액 펌프인 혈액 펌프.
