Claims (13)
- 브레이크 디스크(2) 위에 결합되는 브레이크 캘리퍼(1)와, 변위 가능하게 안내되는 브리지(6)에 의해 디스크 브레이크를 작동시키기 위한 적어도 하나의 작동 장치(5)를 포함하는 다용도 차량용 디스크 브레이크로서, 상기 브리지(6)는, 외부 나사산이 제공되고 폐쇄 플레이트(12)를 관통하는 위치 설정 스핀들(10)이 나사 결합되는 적어도 하나의 나사 보어를 포함하고, 상기 위치 설정 스핀들은, 상기 위치 설정 스핀들에 대해 회전될 수 있고 브레이크 라이닝(3)이 상기 브레이크 디스크(2)에 대해 가압될 수 있게 하는 압력 피스(11)를 보유하고, 클리어런스를 조정하기 위해 상기 위치 설정 스핀들(10)과 작동 가능하게 연결되는 조정 장치(8)가 제공되고, 상기 위치 설정 스핀들(10)의 통과 영역은 벨로우즈(16)에 의해 밀봉되고, 상기 벨로우즈는 일 측에서 상기 브레이크 캘리퍼(1) 상에 그리고 타 측에서는 상기 압력 피스(11) 상에 유지되는, 상기 디스크 브레이크에 있어서,
고정 링(15)이 제공되고, 상기 고정 링은 상기 위치 설정 스핀들(10) 상에 회전 방지 방식으로 유지되고 축방향으로 고정되고 상기 압력 피스(11) 상에 회전 가능하게 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고정 링(15)은 상기 위치 설정 스핀들(10) 상에 형상 맞춤 로킹 방식으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 고정 링(15)은 상기 위치 설정 스핀들(10)의 축방향 홈(19)에 결합되는 스프링 아암(20)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고정 링(15)은 탄성 재료, 바람직하게는 스프링 강으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고정 링(15)은 연속적으로 슬롯이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고정 링(15)은 상기 압력 피스(11)의 원주 홈(23)에 결합되는 반경 방향으로 정렬된 탭(21)을 포함하고, 상기 홈(23)은, 상기 위치 설정 스핀들(10)의 확장 헤드가 결합되는 상기 압력 피스(11)의 개구의 벽에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고정 링(15)의 내경은 상기 위치 설정 스핀들(10)의 확장 헤드의 직경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고정 링(15)은 상기 탭(21)의 반대쪽 측면 상에 축방향으로 정렬된 러그(22)를 포함하고, 상기 러그는, 한편으로는 상기 폐쇄 플레이트(12)의 관통 개구 내로 가압되고 다른 한편으로는 상기 브리지(6) 상에 고정되는 포트형 2차 시일(17)의 리세스에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
복수의 리세스(18)가 원주에 걸쳐 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 리세스(18)의 길이는 2개의 리세스(18) 사이의 웨브(24)의 길이보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고정 링(15)은 다각형 윤곽을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 스프링 아암(20)은, 반경 방향으로 내측으로 경사지고 상기 위치 설정 스핀들(10)의 상기 축방향 홈(19)에 결합되는 레그를 각각 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 축방향 홈(19)은 서로 동일한 각도 간격으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
