Claims (6)
- 축 부재를 포함하는 랙 바아로서:
상기 축 부재는 다수의 랙 치형부를 갖는 소성적으로 형성된 치형 섹션을 포함하며, 상기 치형 섹션은 상기 축 부재의 길이 방향을 따라 상기 축 부재의 전체 길이의 일부에 대해 연장하며, 연삭-마무리된 외주면은 상기 치형 섹션을 포함하는 상기 축 부재의 전체 길이에 대해 연장하는, 랙 바아. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 축 부재에 동축으로 상기 축 부재의 일 단부에 접합되는 연장 축 부재를 더 포함하는, 랙 바아. - 랙 바아를 제조하기 위한 방법으로서;
축 부재의 길이 방향을 따라, 상기 축 부재의 전체 길이의 일부에 대해, 다수의 랙 치형부를 갖는 치형 섹션을 소성 가공에 의해 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 치형 섹션을 포함하는 상기 축 부재의 전체 길이에 대해 상기 축 부재의 외주면을 연삭하는 단계를 포함하는, 랙 바아 제조 방법. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 소성 가공은 연삭에서 연삭될 연삭 마진을 포함하는 외경을 갖도록 상기 치형 섹션을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 랙 바아 제조 방법. - 청구항 3 또는 청구항 4에 있어서,
연삭 단계 후, 연장 축 부재를 상기 축 부재에 동축으로 상기 축 부재의 일 단부에 접합하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 랙 바아 제조 방법. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 연삭 단계는, 상기 연장 축 부재와 동일한 외경을 갖도록 상기 축 부재의 외주면을 연삭하는 단계를 포함하는, 랙 바아 제조 방법.
