상기 박리제층은,
1 분자 중에 적어도 1 개의 수산기, 그리고 1 분자 중에 적어도 1 개의, 폴리에스테르기 및 폴리에테르기에서 선택되는 1 종류 이상의 유기기를 갖는 폴리오르가노실록산과,
상기 폴리오르가노실록산과 축합 반응 가능한 멜라민 수지를 함유하는 박리제 조성물로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 그린 시트 제조 공정용 박리 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수산기의 적어도 1 개는, 상기 폴리오르가노실록산의 말단에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 그린 시트 제조 공정용 박리 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리오르가노실록산의 질량 평균 분자량은, 500 ∼ 10000 인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 그린 시트 제조 공정용 박리 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,

상기 박리제층의 23 ℃ 에 있어서의 저장 탄성률이, 4.0 ∼ 6.0 ㎫ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 그린 시트 제조 공정용 박리 필름. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 박리제층에 있어서의 상기 기재와는 반대측의 면의 박리력이, 20.0 ∼ 50.0 mN/20 ㎜ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 그린 시트 제조 공정용 박리 필름.
