[우레아+알콜 공급 용기 (1), 펌프 (9, 10, 14, 31), 관형 반응기 (3), 알콜 저장 용기 (2), 가열기 (5), 과열된 알콜 (스트림 20), 스트리퍼 (4), 디알킬 카르보네이트 반응기 (11), 냉각기 (6), 용기 (7)로부터의 액체 상, 생성물 저장 용기 (16), 응축기 (12), 플래쉬 용기 (13) 저장 용기 (15), 반응기 내용물 스트림 (스트림 24), 암모니아 스트림 (스트림 25), 여과/침전 용기 (17), 액체 상 스트림 (스트림 26), 고체 상 슬러리 (스트림 27), 재생 용기 (18), 산 스트림 (스트림 28), 재생된 촉매 스트림 (스트림 30), 액체 상 퍼지 스트림 (스트림 29)]
Claims (7)
- a) 알킬 카르바메이트, 알콜 및 란탄 계열에서 선택된 촉매로서의 희토류 금속 염을 반응기에 첨가하여 상응하는 디알킬 카르보네이트 및 비활성화 촉매를 갖는 반응 혼합물을 수득하는 단계;
b) 반응기 하부로부터 단계 (a)의 반응 혼합물의 일부를 제거하는 단계;
c) 단계 (b)의 반응 혼합물로부터 비활성화 촉매 잔여물을 분리하고 희토류 금속 염에 상응하는 산에 용해하여 재생된 촉매를 수득하는 단계
를 포함하는, 디알킬 카르보네이트의 합성에 사용된 촉매의 회수 및 재생 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 1 내지 25 bar의 압력 범위 및 60 내지 200 ℃ 범위의 온도에서 단계 (b)의 반응 혼합물의 일부에 암모니아를 첨가하여 촉매를 침전시키는 단계를 임의로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디알킬 카르보네이트가 디메틸 카르보네이트, 디에틸 카르보네이트, 디프로필 카르보네이트, 디부틸 카르보네이트에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 희토류 금속 촉매가 사마륨 (Sm), 세륨 (Ce), 란타넘 (La), 네오디뮴 (Nd), 이테르븀 (Yb), 유로퓸 (Eu) 및 가돌리늄 (Gd)에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 희토류 금속의 촉매 염이 메탄 설포네이트, 트리플레이트, 니트레이트, 클로라이드 및 파라 톨루엔 설포네이트에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디알킬 카르보네이트가 디메틸 카르보네이트이고 상기 희토류 금속 염 촉매가 사마륨 트리플루오로메탄설포네이트인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 침전물을 용해하기 위한 상기 산이 메탄 설폰산, 트리플루오로메탄설폰산, 질산, 파라 톨루엔 설폰산 및 염산에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
