Abstract
본 발명으로 제조된 복합 기능성 다중직 직물은 공기투과도가 낮아 다운자켓제조용 원단 등으로 사용시 다운 충진제가 빠져나오는 현상을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있고, 강력 및 내구성이 뛰어나고, 양호한 보온성, 터치감 및 심색성을 구현할 수 있다.
그로 인해, 본 발명으로 제조된 복합 기능성 다중직 직물은 다운자켓, 텐트, 침낭 및 백팩(가방) 제조용 직물로 유용하다.

Claims (7)
- (ⅰ) 고상중합된 5~100데니어의 합성섬유 멀티필라멘트를 경사 및 위사로 사용하여 다중직 직물을 제직하는 공정; 및
(ⅱ) 제직된 다중직 직물을 무장력하에서 염색하는 공정;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기능성 다중직 직물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 합성섬유 멀티필라멘트는 폴리아미드계 멀티필라멘트 및 폴리에스테르계 멀티필라멘트인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기능성 다중직 직물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르계 멀티필라멘트는 카르복실 말단기 함량이 30meg/kg 이하이고, 디에틸렌글리콜 함량이 1.1중량% 이하이고, 고유점도(Ⅳ)가 0.9~1.25dL/g인 특징으로 하는 복합 기능성 다중직 직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성섬유 멀티필라멘트를 다중직 직물을 제직하기 이전에 상기 합성섬유 멀티필라멘트를 인터레이싱 방법, 에어텍스츄어링 방법, 드로우텍스츄어링 방법 및 가연(Flase Twisting)방법 중에서 선택된 하나의 방법으로 사가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기능성 다중직 직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다중직 직물은 이중직 직물 및 삼중직 직물 중에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기능성 다중직 직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염색 공정 중에 염료침투성을 촉진하는 전처리 약제를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기능성 다중직 직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다중직 직물을 구성하는 원사 중 일부는 천연섬유 및 재생섬유 중에서 선택된 1종의 섬유로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기능성 다중직 직물의 제조방법.
