Claims (1)
- 금속소재롤에서 스테인레스 또는 압연강판의 금속소재를 연속적으로 공급하는 소재 공급단계(100);
연속 공급되는 소재의 양면을 깨끗이 소재하는 소재단계(110);
소재된 금속소재의 양면을 고압에어 및 샌드에 의해 샌딩하는 샌딩단계(120);
샌딩된 금속소재 양면에 고압에어를 분사하여 세척하는 에어세척단계(130);
세척된 금속표면의 상부 면에 테프론 또는 탄성체 용액을 적하하는 테프론 적하단계(140);
금속소재를 롤러 사이로 통과시켜 소정의 두께로 레벨링하는 레벨링단계(150);
레벨링된 소재를 건조로에 통과시켜 건조하는 1차건조단계(160);
테프론 코팅된 소재를 180도 턴닝시켜 하부 면이 윗면이 되도록 하는 소재 턴닝단계(170);
건조된 금속소재의 다른 쪽 표면에 탄성체 또는 테프론 용액을 적하하는 적하단계(180);
소재를 롤러 사이에 통과시켜 소정의 두께로 레벨링하는 레벨링단계(190);
레벨링된 소재를 건조로에 통과시켜 건조하는 2차건조단계(200);
코팅이 완료된 소재를 소재롤에 감는 코일링단계(210);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속판재의 연속 양면 코팅방법.
