Claims (3)
- 기재공급부에서 공급되는 두루말이형 전기강판의 폭 방향 일측 가장자리에 최소경 코어부의 티스에서 최대경 코어부의 티스에 이르기까지 단계별로 티스의 폭이 넓어지게 타발하는 블랭킹부와,
인덱싱 서보 모터로 회전하여 블랭킹된 모재를 태엽상으로 감는 와인딩부와,
와인딩부에 감기는 모재의 외측단과 외주면을 동시에 직각형으로 가압하여 정연하게 감기도록 유도하는 가압부, 및 블랭킹부의 코어부별 타발과 블랭킹부에 와인딩부가 연동하도록 제어하는 제어부로 이뤄진 것을 특징으로 하는 태엽형 스테이터 코어 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 블랭킹부는 코어부별 티스의 폭과 같은 피치로 가이드공을 한 것을 특징으로 하는 태엽형 스테이터 코어 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 가압부의 가압롤은 와인딩부에 감기는 모재의 외측단과 외주면을 동시에 직각형으로 가압할 수 있도록 몸체에 수직부와 수평부를 갖게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 태엽형 스테이터 코어 제조장치.
