Claims (10)
- 폴리아크릴산(염)계 흡수성 수지를 주성분으로 하는 입자상 흡수제이며, 이하의 (a) 내지 (d)를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 흡수제:
(a) 하기 식 (1)
EXI=원심 분리기 유지 용량/Ln(수가용분량) (1)
로 표시되는 EXI가 11.5 이상이다;
(b) 수가용분의, 하기 식 (2)
분자량 분포=중량 평균 분자량/수평균 분자량 (2)
로 표시되는 분자량 분포가 1.0 내지 4.8이다;
(c) 가수 분해 처리 후의 중량 평균 분자량이 450,000 내지 1,800,000Da이다;
(d) 가수 분해 처리 후의 분지 밀도가 0.100 이하이다
(여기서, 상기 가수 분해 처리는, 상기 입자상 흡수제를 0.9중량% 염화나트륨 수용액으로 팽윤시켜 추가로 수가용분을 제거한 겔 600mg을, 10mL의 0.1N 수산화나트륨 수용액 중에서 80℃ 조건 하에 3주간 정치하는 처리임). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수가용분의 중량 평균 분자량이 200,000 내지 1,000,000Da인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가압하 흡수 배율이 20g/g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식염수 흐름 유도성이 10×10-7·cm3·s·g-1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡수 시간이 42초 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자유 팽윤 속도가 0.28g/(g·s) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가수 분해 처리 후의 분지도가 2.5 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공유 결합성 표면 가교제에 의해 표면 가교되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다가 금속염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입자 직경이 150㎛ 미만인 입자의 비율이 5중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 흡수제.
