Claims (20)
- 하기 화학식 I을 갖는 화합물:
상기 식 중에서, R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 단일, 2중, 3중 또는 4중 치환, 또는 무치환을 나타내고;
R3은 단일 또는 2중 치환, 또는 무치환을 나타내며;
R5는 단일, 2중, 3중, 4중 또는 5중 치환, 또는 무치환을 나타내고;
X1 내지 X4 중 2개는 탄소이며, 다른 2개는 질소이고;
L은 직접 결합 또는 유기 링커이며;
각각의 R1, R2, R3, R4 및 R5는 독립적으로 수소, 중수소, 할라이드, 알킬, 시클로알킬, 헤테로알킬, 아릴알킬, 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 아미노, 실릴, 알케닐, 시클로알케닐, 헤테로알케닐, 알키닐, 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 아실, 카르보닐, 카르복실산, 에스테르, 니트릴, 이소니트릴, 술파닐, 술피닐, 술포닐, 포스피노, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고;
임의의 인접한 치환기들은 임의로 연결 또는 융합되어 고리를 형성한다. - 제1항에 있어서, 하기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 화합물:

각각의 R6 및 R7은 독립적으로 수소, 중수소, 할라이드, 알킬, 시클로알킬, 헤테로알킬, 아릴알킬, 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 아미노, 실릴, 알케닐, 시클로알케닐, 헤테로알케닐, 알키닐, 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 아실, 카르보닐, 카르복실산, 에스테르, 니트릴, 이소니트릴, 술파닐, 술피닐, 술포닐, 포스피노, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고;
R6 및 R7의 임의의 인접한 치환기들은 임의로 연결 또는 융합되어 고리를 형성한다. - 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 R1, R2, R3, R4 및 R5가 독립적으로 아릴, 치환된 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 및 치환된 헤테로아릴로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, L이 직접 결합인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, L이 아릴, 치환된 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 치환된 헤테로아릴, 아미노, 실릴, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 유기 링커인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, R3이 수소인 화합물.

상기 식 중에서, R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 단일, 2중, 3중 또는 4중 치환, 또는 무치환을 나타내고;
R3은 단일 또는 2중 치환, 또는 무치환을 나타내며;
R5는 단일, 2중, 3중, 4중 또는 5중 치환, 또는 무치환을 나타내고;
X1 내지 X4 중 2개는 탄소이며, 다른 2개는 질소이고;
L은 직접 결합 또는 유기 링커이며;

- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유기층이 인광 방출 도펀트를 추가로 포함하며; 상기 방출 도펀트는, 하기 화학식들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된, 하나 이상의 리간드, 또는 리간드가 2좌 초과인 경우, 리간드의 일부를 갖는 전이 금속 착물인 유기 발광 디바이스(OLED):
상기 식 중에서, 각각의 X1 내지 X13은 독립적으로 탄소 및 질소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고;
X는 BR', NR', PR', O, S, Se, C=O, S=O, SO2, CR'R'', SiR'R'', 및 GeR'R''로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며;
R' 및 R''는 임의로 융합 또는 연결되어 고리를 형성하고;
각각의 Ra, Rb, Rc 및 Rd는 단일 치환 내지 가능한 최대수의 치환, 또는 무치환을 나타낼 수 있으며;
R', R'', Ra, Rb, Rc 및 Rd는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 중수소, 할라이드, 알킬, 시클로알킬, 헤테로알킬, 아릴알킬, 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 아미노, 실릴, 알케닐, 시클로알케닐, 헤테로알케닐, 알키닐, 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 아실, 카르보닐, 카르복실산, 에스테르, 니트릴, 이소니트릴, 술파닐, 술피닐, 술포닐, 포스피노, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고;
Ra, Rb, Rc 및 Rd 중 임의의 2개의 인접한 치환기는 임의로 융합 또는 연결되어 고리를 형성하거나 다좌 리간드를 형성한다. - 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유기층은 전하 운반체 차단층이고, 상기 화학식 I의 화합물은 상기 유기층 내의 전하 운반체 차단 물질인 유기 발광 디바이스(OLED).
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유기층은 전하 운반체 수송층이고, 상기 화학식 I의 화합물은 상기 유기층 내의 전하 운반체 수송 물질인 유기 발광 디바이스(OLED).
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유기층은 방출층이고, 상기 화학식 I의 화합물은 이미터인 유기 발광 디바이스(OLED).
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 유기 발광 디바이스(OLED)는 이것에 전압이 인가되는 경우 실온에서 발광 방사선을 방출하며, 상기 발광 방사선은 지연 형광 프로세스를 포함하는 것인 유기 발광 디바이스(OLED).
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 방출층이 호스트 물질 또는 제1 인광 방출 물질을 추가로 포함하는 것인 유기 발광 디바이스(OLED).
