Claims (3)
- 흡수 및 전달된 대기열을 집열하는 콜렉터 판넬(10)과, 상기 콜렉터 판넬(10)의 상부면에 설치되어서 열매체 입력관(21)을 통해서 입력된 열매체가 상기 콜렉터 판넬(10)에 집열된 열을 흡수하여 열매체 출력관(22)을 통해 배출되어 집열된 열이 외부로 공급되게 하는 열매체 도관(20)과, 대기열을 흡수하여 상기 콜렉터 판넬(10)로 전달하는 흡수열 페인트(30);로 이루어지되,
프레스 드로잉 작업을 통해 상기 열매체 도관(20)을 피해서 하향 개방형의 다수 개의 "∪"자 형상의 돌기관(40)이 상기 콜렉터 판넬(10)의 양면에 구비되게 하여 열교환이 이루어지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대기 열교환이 우수한 콜렉터 판넬. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 돌기관(40)은 상기 프레스 드로잉 작업에 의한 비틀림 가공에 의해 끝단부가 하향 지향되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대기 열교환이 우수한 콜렉터 판넬.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 돌기관(40)은 70㎝ x 200㎝의 판넬 규격에 98 내지 220개로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대기 열교환이 우수한 콜렉터 판넬.
