Abstract
본 발명은 말린 귤피 4 ~ 8 중량부, 쑥잎 3 ~ 10 중량부, 들깻잎 3 ~ 10 중량부, 반하(半夏) 3 ~ 10 중량부, 백부 괴경 7 ~ 15 중량부, 지황 6 ~ 9 중량부, 개미취 4 ~ 8 중량부, 판람근 5 ~ 9 중량부, 국화 6 ~ 9 중량부, 어성초 4 ~ 8 중량부, 갈근 4 ~ 12 중량부 및 시호 4 ~ 8 중량부를 포함하는 독감 치료용 약제에 관한 것이다.
Description
본 발명은 독감 치료용 한약에 관한 것으로, 의약 분야에 속한다.
감기나 독감은 흔한 질병으로, 주로 코막힘과 기침을 동반하는데, 이는 사람들의 업무와 휴식에 심각하게 영향을 미치고; 감기를 적절한 치료하지 않은 경우에는 다른 질병을 유발할 수 있다. 코 막힘과 기침을 치료하기 위한 기존 의약품으로 주로 양약을 사용하였으나, 양약은 일반적으로 많은 부작용을 가지고 있으며, 반복 투여 후, 생체 내에서 박테리아 및 바이러스가 변형되어 이러한 약제에 내성을 가지게 되므로, 치료 효과가 점점 약화될 것이다.
이러한 목적을 위하여, 본 발명은 코 막힘 및 기침을 치료할 수 있는 약제를 개시한다.
본 발명의 기술적 해결방안은 다음과 같다: 코 막힘 및 기침 치료용 약제는 말린 귤피(dried tangerine) 4 ~ 8 중량부, 쑥잎(Mugwort) 3 ~ 10 중량부, 들깻잎(folia perillae acutae) 3 ~ 10 중량부, 반하(半夏, Pinellia ternata) 3 ~ 10 중량부, 백부 괴경(the tuber of stemona) 7 ~ 15 중량부, 지황(radices rehmanniae) 6 ~ 9 중량부, 개미취(aster) 4 ~ 8 중량부, 판람근(Isatis root) 5 ~ 9 중량부, 국화(chrysanthemum) 6 ~ 9 중량부, 어성초(Cordate houttuynia) 4 ~ 8 중량부, 갈근(the root of kudzu vine) 4 ~ 12 중량부 및 시호(Radix bupleuri) 4 ~ 8 중량부를 포함한다.

상기 약제는 상기에서 언급된 원료를 모두 혼합하여 제조되며, 이를 달여서 얻어진 탕약으로 복용된다. 실시예에서 1 중량부는 1 g을 의미하고, 중량부에 해당하는 상기 재료는 약제 1회 복용량으로 혼합되는데, 여기서, 상기 한약의 1회 복용량(one dosage)은 물로 달여진 다음 하루 동안 (아침 식사 후 및 저녁 식사 후) 복용되며, 3일의 치료과정(treatment course)을 거치고, 일반적으로 코 막힘 및 기침 증상은 1~2주 치료 과정 후에 치유될 수 있다.
하기 실험예 1~5는 코 막힘 및 기침 치료 효과를 설명하기 위해 사용된다.
(1) 코막힘 완화
상이한 정도의 감기로 인한 코막힘 증상을 가진 남성 및 여성 환자들(25~70세 연령대) 150명을 선별하고, 임의로 각 그룹에 3O명씩 5개 그룹으로 나누었다. 본 발명에 따른 한약을 특정 복용량으로 5개 그룹에 아침 식사 후, 그리고 저녁 식사 후 각각 복용한다. 연속 복용 3일 후에, 그 효과를 관찰한다. 복용 전 상태와 비교하여, 그 증상이 완전히 사라진 환자는 ○로, 그 증상이 현저히 완화된 환자는 △로, 그 증상이 현저한 효과를 보이지 않은 환자는 ×로 표시되고, 상기 효과는 표 1에 나타내었다.

(2) 기침 완화
상이한 정도의 기침 증상을 가진 남성 및 여성 환자들(35~60세 연령대) 150명을 선별하고, 임의로 각 그룹에 3O명씩 5개 그룹으로 나누었다. 본 발명에 따른 한약을 특정 복용량으로 5개 그룹에 아침 식사 후, 그리고 저녁 식사 후 각각 복용한다. 연속 복용 3일 후에, 그 효과를 관찰한다. 복용 전 상태와 비교하여, 그 증상이 완전히 사라진 환자는 ○로, 그 증상이 현저히 완화된 환자는 △로, 그 증상이 현저한 효과를 보이지 않은 환자는 ×로 표시되고, 상기 효과는 표 2에 나타내었다.
