Claims (8)
- 유체 흡입구(2)와 유체 배출구(3)를 포함하는 본체(1)를 포함하는 흐름 제한기로서, 상기 본체(1)에는 한편으론 상기 유체 흡입구(2)와 그리고 다른 한편으론 상기 유체 배출구(3)와 연결되는 상이한 횡단면의 일련의 챔버를 포함하는 유체 순환 파이프(5)가 배치되고, 상기 유체 순환 파이프(5)는 일반적으로 관 형상을 가지며 규칙적인 곡선을 갖는 바닥을 가져서, 상기 유체 순환 파이프(5)는 상기 유체 순환 파이프(5)에서 순환하는 유체를 간직하는 임의의 영역(들)을 갖지 않으며, 상기 유체 순환 파이프(5)는 일련의 조립체(E)이며, 각각의 조립체는: 제1의 2차 챔버(8)가 다음에 오는 제1 횡단면을 갖는 메인 원통 챔버(7)와, 제2의 2차 챔버(10)가 다음에 오는 제2 횡단면을 갖는 원통 스프링클러(9)를 포함하며, 상기 메인 챔버, 상기 스프링클러, 상기 제1 및 제2의 2차 챔버는 공통 제너레이터를 공유하여, 상기 유체 순환 파이프의 바닥은 규칙적인 나선 곡선이 되는, 흐름 제한기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1의 2차 챔버는 절두원추 형상을 가지고 유체 순환 방향으로 수렴하며, 상기 제2의 2차 챔버는 절두원추 형상을 가지고 상기 유체 순환 방향으로 발산하는, 흐름 제한기.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 유체 순환 방향으로 상기 유체 흡입구 하류에 배치되며 상기 유체 흡입구(2)와 연결되는 스트레이너(strainer)(4)를 포함하는, 흐름 제한기.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유체 순환 방향으로 상기 유체 배출구의 상류에 배치되며 상기 유체 배출구(3)와 연결되는 스트레이너(4)를 포함하는, 흐름 제한기.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 흐름 제한기를 위한 제조 방법으로서, 상기 흐름 제한기는 적층 제조(additive manufacturing)에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제조 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 적층 제조는 레이저 분말 용융 타입인, 제조 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 분말은 바람직하게는 금속성, 통상적으로는 하스텔로이 X, 니켈 또는 알루미늄계, 타입 AS7G06(Hastelloy X, based on nickel or aluminum, type AS7G06)인, 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 적어도 하나의 흐름 제한기를 포함하는 항공기 터빈 엔진의 연료 회로.
