도 2는 본 출원의 일 실시상태에 따른 TaxOy 물질의 조성비와 이온전도도의 상관 관계를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본 출원의 산소의 유량에 따른 Li 표면처리 결과 변화를 보여주는 것이다.
도 4는 본 출원의 일 실시상태에 따른 증착형 무기 보호층을 증착시킨 리튬 애노드 활물질층의 이온전도도를 측정한 결과이다.
도 5는 상온 대기 상에서 리튬 호일과 본 출원의 일 실시상태에 따른 증착형 무기 보호층을 증착시킨 리튬의 상태 비교한 결과이다.

상기 기재 상에 마련되는 애노드 활물질층; 및
상기 애노드 활물질층 상에 배치된 증착형 무기 보호층을 포함하며,
상기 증착형 무기 보호층은 하기 화학식 1로 표현되는 화합물을 포함하는 리튬전지의 애노드:

1 < x < 3 이고,
1 < y < 10 이며,
1 < y/x < 5이다. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 애노드 활물질층은 리튬(Li); 또는 리튬과 알루미늄(Al), 주석(Sn), 마그네슘(Mg), 인듐(In), 칼슘(Ca), 티타늄(Ti) 및 바나듐(V)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 금속과의 합금을 포함하는 리튬전지의 애노드. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 x는 1.8 내지 2.2이며, 상기 y는 4.5 내지 5.5인 리튬전지의 애노드. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 증착형 무기 보호층의 두께는 20㎚ 내지 10㎛인 리튬전지의 애노드. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 애노드 활물질층 및 상기 증착형 무기 보호층 사이에 리튬 이온 전도성 중간층을 더 포함하는 것인 리튬전지의 애노드. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 증착형 무기 보호층의 이온 전도도는 10-7 내지 10-5 S/cm인 리튬전지의 애노드. - 애노드 활물질층이 형성되어 있는 기재를 준비하는 단계; 및
상기 애노드 활물질층 상에 증착형 무기 보호층을 증착 공정에 의해 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 증착형 무기 보호층은 하기 화학식 1로 표현되는 화합물을 포함하는 리튬전지의 애노드 제조방법:

상기 증착 공정은 열화학 기상 증착법(thermal CVD), 플라즈마 증착법(PECVD), 물리적 기상 증착법(PVD), 원자층 증착법(ALD), 펄스드 레이저 증착법(PLD), 펄스드 스퍼터링 증착법(PSD) 및 대기압 증착법(APCVD)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 리튬전지의 애노드 제조방법. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 증착 공정에서 산소 유량/스퍼터링 파워/스퍼터링 파워는 2.5 내지 3.5 sccm/W인 리튬전지의 애노드 제조방법. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 x는 1.8 내지 2.2이며, 상기 y는 4.4 내지 5.8인 리튬전지의 애노드 제조방법. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 따른 리튬전지의 애노드를 포함하는 리튬전지.
