Claims (11)
- 전기적으로 또는 전자적으로 제어되는 기기를 에너지 절감 수동 상태로부터 활성화시키기 위한 장치로서, 특히, 자동차들 등에 대한 전방 도어들의 제어를 위해, 특히 무선 원격 제어를 위한 액세스 및/또는 인증 및/또는 다른 서비스들을 위한 잠금 및/또는 잠금해제를 위한 잠금 시스템을 위해,
상기 기기 내의 제1 디바이스, 및
전자 키, ID-트랜스폰더(ID-transponder), 칩 카드 등의 타입으로 설계되는 연관된 제2 디바이스
를 포함하고,
의도된 동작에 대한 디바이스들 둘 모두는 전자기 신호들을 위한 송신기들 및/또는 수신기들을 갖고,
상기 제1 디바이스는 제1 송신 시간 간격 내에서 제1 데이터 프로토콜을 갖고 제1 순환 시간을 갖는, 상기 제2 디바이스의 활성화 및/또는 인증을 위한 제1 순환 반복 신호를 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 디바이스는 상기 제2 디바이스의 결정된 제1 수신 시간 간격에 대한 순환 반복 수신 모드를 갖고,
바람직하게는, 상기 제2 디바이스의 상기 수신 시간 간격은 상기 제1 디바이스의 상기 제1 데이터 프로토콜의 상기 제1 송신 시간 간격보다 긴 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 디바이스는 제2 송신 시간 간격 내에서 제2 데이터 프로토콜을 갖고 제2 순환 시간을 갖는, 상기 제2 디바이스의 인증을 위한 제2 또는 그 이상의 순환 반복 신호들을 송신하고,
상기 제1 송신 시간 간격은 상기 제2 송신 시간 간격보다 짧고, 상기 제1 순환 시간은 상기 제2 순환 시간보다 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 디바이스의 상기 제1 수신 시간 간격은 본질적으로 상기 제1 데이터 프로토콜의 상기 제1 송신 시간 간격의 배수인 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 디바이스의 상기 제1 수신 시간 간격은 본질적으로 상기 제2 디바이스의 활성화를 위한 상기 제1 디바이스의 상기 제1 순환 시간에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 디바이스의 상기 제1 데이터 프로토콜의 수신 이후, 상기 제2 디바이스는 제2 수신 시간 간격들 동안 수신 모드로 유지되거나 또는 수신 모드에 진입하고,
그 안에, 상기 제2 데이터 프로토콜을 갖는 상기 제2 디바이스의 인증을 위한 상기 제1 디바이스의 제2 또는 그 이상의 신호들이 상기 제2 디바이스에 의해 완전히 수신될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 데이터 프로토콜의 수신 이후에 수신 모드에서 상기 제2 디바이스의 제2 수신 시간 간격은 본질적으로 상기 제1 디바이스의 제2 또는 그 이상의 신호들의 제2 순환 시간에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 디바이스의 제2 또는 그 이상의 신호들은 2개 이상의 블록들로 분할되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 디바이스의 제1 수신 시간 간격과 상기 제1 디바이스의 제2 송신 시간 간격의 적어도 부분적 중첩의 경우에 상기 제2 디바이스는 제3 수신 시간 간격 동안 수신 모드로 유지되거나 또는 수신 모드에 진입하고, 그 안에, 상기 제2 데이터 프로토콜을 갖는 상기 제1 디바이스의 제2 또는 그 이상의 신호들은 상기 제2 디바이스에 의해 완전히 수신될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,

제1 및/또는 제2 신호에 대한 반송파의 주파수는, 100MHz보다 높은, 바람직하게는 ISM 대역에서 433.05MHz 내지 434.79MHz 및/또는 ISM 대역에서 902MHz 내지 928MHz인 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
