(식 중, R 은 식 중의 Si 에 탄소 원자가 직접 결합한 유기기를 나타내고, X 는 각각 독립적으로 수산기 또는 가수분해성기를 나타낸다. n 은 1 또는 2 를 나타내고, n 이 2 일 때 각 R 은 동일해도 되고 상이해도 된다.) 로 나타내는 유기 규소 화합물을 축합하여 얻어지는 식 (I) 로 나타내는 유기 규소 화합물의 축합물,
b) 전자선 경화성 화합물, 및
c) 광중합 개시제
를 함유하는 유기 무기 복합체 형성용 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
식 (I) 로 나타내는 유기 규소 화합물의 적어도 1 종이, 식 (I-1)

식 (I) 로 나타내는 유기 규소 화합물의 적어도 1 종이, Fedors 의 추산법에 의해 구해진 R 의 용해 파라미터 (SP1) 가, Fedors 의 추산법에 의해 구해진 전자선 경화성 화합물의 용해 파라미터 (SP2) 보다 1.6 이상 작은 유기 규소 화합물인 유기 무기 복합체 형성용 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유기 무기 복합체 형성용 조성물을 경화시켜 얻어지는 유기 무기 복합체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유기 무기 복합체 형성용 조성물을 기재에 도포, 경화시켜 얻어지는 적층체.
