Description
Claims (15)
- 하기를 포함하는 압출 코팅용 중합체 조성물 (A):
a) 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 10 내지 60 중량%
b) 플라스토머 90 내지 40 중량%
여기서,
a) 는
- ISO 1133 (190 ℃, 2.16 ㎏ 하중) 에 따라서 측정한, 2.5 내지 10 g/10 min 의 용융 흐름 지수 (MFR2),
- 920 ㎏/㎥ 이하의 밀도
를 갖는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌이며,
b) 는
4 내지 10 C-원자의 하나 이상의 α-올레핀 공단량체를 갖는 에틸렌 공중합체의 플라스토머이고, 단, 하나 이상의 공단량체는 6 이상의 C-원자를 가지며, 880 내지 915 ㎏/㎥ 의 밀도를 갖는 단량체이고,
여기서, a) 및 b) 의 양은 조성물 (A) 의 총 중량에 대한 것임. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 플라스토머 (b) 가 에틸렌-(C6-C10) α-올레핀 공중합체, 바람직하게는 에틸렌-옥텐 공중합체인 중합체 조성물 (A).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 플라스토머 (b) 가 ISO 1133 (190 ℃, 2.16 ㎏ 하중) 에 따라서 측정한, 3 내지 25 g/10 min, 바람직하게는 5 내지 20 g/10 min 범위의 MFR2 를 가지는 중합체 조성물 (A).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플라스토머 (b) 가 880 내지 910 ㎏/㎥ 의 밀도를 가지는 중합체 조성물 (A).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플라스토머 (b) 가 메탈로센 촉매의 존재하에 용액 공정에서 제조되는 중합체 조성물 (A).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 (a) 이
- ISO 1133 (190 ℃, 2.16 ㎏ 하중) 에 따라서 측정한, 2.5 내지 10 g/10 min 의 용융 흐름 지수 (MFR2),
- 920 ㎏/㎥ 이하의 밀도,
- 하기의 관계를 만족하는, 전단 속도 0.05 rad/s 에서의 동역학 점도 (η0.05), 및 전단 속도 300 rad/s 에서의 동역학 점도 (η300):

- 하기의 관계를 만족하는, 주파수 0.5 rad/s 에서의 위상 변이의 탄젠트 값 (tan δ0.5), 및 주파수 300 rad/s 에서의 위상 변이의 탄젠트 값 (tan δ300):
을 가지는 중합체 조성물 (A). - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 (a) 이
- ISO 1133 (190 ℃, 2.16 ㎏ 하중) 에 따라서 측정한, 3.5 내지 6.5 g/10 min 의 용융 흐름 지수 (MFR2),
- 918 ㎏/㎥ 이하의 밀도
를 가지는 중합체 조성물 (A). - 하기를 포함하는 압출 코팅 물품:
1. 기판 층 (S)
2. 하나 이상의 열 밀봉 가능한 중합체 층 (H),
여기서, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 중합체 조성물 (A) 은 하나 이상의 열 밀봉 가능한 중합체 층 (H) 을 구성하고, 단, 열 밀봉 가능한 중합체 층 (H) 은 압출 코팅 물품의 하나 이상의 표면 상에 위치함. - 제 10 항에 있어서, 기판 층 (S) 이 종이, 판지, 크래프트지, 플라스틱 필름, 금속화 플라스틱 필름, 금속박, 직포 또는 직조 플라스틱 또는 이의 조합의 군에서 선택되는 압출 코팅 물품.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서, 압출 코팅 물품이 하나 이상의 추가의 층 (L) 을 포함하는 압출 코팅 물품.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층 (L) 이 종이, 판지 또는 크래프트지 또는 직포 또는 부직포, 플라스틱 필름, 셀로판 필름, 또는 알루미늄박인 금속박을 포함하는 압출 코팅 물품.
- 하기를 포함하는 압출 코팅 물품의 제조 방법:
- 용융 상태의 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 중합체 조성물 (A) 의 하나 이상의 층을 플랫 다이를 통해 240 내지 310 ℃ 의 온도에서 기판 상에 압출시켜, 150 m/min 이상의 연신 속도로 기판 (S) 을 압출 코팅시킴. - 압출 코팅 물품에서 열 밀봉 가능한 층으로서의, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 중합체 조성물 (A) 의 용도.
