Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 상해 저감형 에어백장치의 전개초기 상태를 도시한 평단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 상해 저감형 에어백장치에서 벤트홀부의 내측에 설치된 커버부재를 도시한 사시도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 상해 저감형 에어백장치의 전개에 따라 벤트용 테더에 장력이 형성되어 커버부재를 당기는 상태를 도시한 평단면도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커버부재가 벤트홀부와 이격된 상태를 도시한 사시도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커버부재가 벤트홀부와 이격된 상태를 도시한 단면도이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 에어백 쿠션부에 탑승자가 충돌된 상태를 도시한 평단면도이다.

Claims (6)
- 가스가 배출되도록 벤트홀부가 형성되는 에어백 쿠션부;
상기 벤트홀부를 선택적으로 커버하여 상기 벤트홀부의 가스 배출량을 조절하는 커버부재; 및
상기 에어백 쿠션부와 상기 커버부재에 연결되며, 상기 에어백 쿠션부의 팽창에 연동하여 상기 커버부재를 잡아당기며 상기 벤트홀부를 개방시키는 벤트용 테더;를 포함하며,
상기 커버부재는, 상기 벤트홀부보다 작은 크기의 구멍을 형성하며 상기 벤트홀부에 연통되는 연통홀부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상해 저감형 에어백장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 에어백 쿠션부는, 상기 벤트홀부를 구비하는 한 쌍의 쿠션사이드; 및
상기 쿠션사이드의 사이에 위치하며 탑승자를 향하여 팽창이 이루어지는 쿠션몸체;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상해 저감형 에어백장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 커버부재는 상기 벤트홀부의 둘레에서 상기 에어백 쿠션부의 내측면에 연결되며,
상기 벤트용 테더는 상기 에어백 쿠션부의 내부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상해 저감형 에어백장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 벤트용 테더의 일측은 상기 커버부재에 연결되며, 상기 벤트용 테더의 타측은 상기 탑승자와 마주하는 형상으로 팽창되는 상기 쿠션몸체의 내측에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상해 저감형 에어백장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 벤트용 테더는, 상기 에어백 쿠션부의 팽창에 연동하여 상기 커버부재를 당기는 장력이 형성되며, 상기 커버부재가 상기 벤트홀부에서 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상해 저감형 에어백장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 탑승자가 상기 에어백 쿠션부에 충격된 후, 상기 에어백 쿠션부의 체적 감소에 따라 상기 커버부재를 당기는 상기 벤트용 테더의 장력이 감소되어 상기 커버부재가 상기 벤트홀부를 막는 것을 특징으로 하는 상해 저감형 에어백장치.
