Claims (20)
- 나노섬유를 포함하는 3차원 네트워크 구조의 섬유웹층; 및
상기 나노섬유의 외부면 적어도 일부를 피복하는 친수성 코팅층;을 포함하는 필터여재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 섬유웹층의 적어도 일면 상에 배치되는 지지체를 더 구비하는 필터여재. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 지지체는 지지성분 및 저융점 성분을 포함하여 상기 저융점 성분의 적어도 일부가 외부면에 노출되도록 배치된 복합섬유를 구비하고, 상기 복합섬유의 저융점 성분이 섬유웹에 열융착된 필터여재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 나노섬유는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE)계, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-퍼플루오로알킬 비닐 에테르 공중합체(PFA)계, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체(FEP)계, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로프로필렌-퍼플루오로알킬 비닐 에테르 공중합체(EPE)계, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-에틸렌 공중합체(ETFE)계, 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌(PCTFE)계, 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌-에틸렌 공중합체(ECTFE)계 및 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드(PVDF)계로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 불소계 화합물을 포함하는 필터여재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 섬유웹은 평균공경이 0.1 ~ 5㎛이고, 기공도가 40 ~ 90%인 필터여재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 나노섬유는 직경이 0.05 ~ 2㎛인 필터여재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 친수성 코팅층은 히드록시기를 구비하는 친수성 고분자화합물과 카르복시기를 구비하는 가교제가 가교되어 형성된 필터여재. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 가교제는 적어도 3개 이상의 카르복시기를 포함하는 필터여재. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 친수성 고분자화합물은 중량평균분자량이 20,000 ~ 100,000이고, 검화도가 85 ~ 90%인 폴리비닐알코올을 포함하는 필터여재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 친수성 코팅층은 섬유웹 단위면적(㎡)당 0.1 ~ 2g 포함되도록 나노섬유를 피복하는 필터여재. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 친수성 고분자화합물은 폴리비닐알코올이며, 상기 친수성 코팅층은 폴리비닐알코올 100 중량부에 대하여 가교제를 5 ~ 20 중량부 포함하여 형성된 필터여재. - 제1항에 있어서,
노출된 상기 섬유웹층 표면 내 임의의 서로 다른 5개 지점에 대한 평균 초기 젖음각은 40° 이하이며, 5개 지점에 대한 초기 젖음각의 평균편차가 7˚ 이하인 필터여재. - (1) 나노섬유를 포함하는 3차원 네트워크 구조의 섬유웹층을 형성하는 단계; 및
(2) 상기 섬유웹층에 친수성 코팅조성물을 처리하여 친수성 코팅층을 형성시키는 단계;를 포함하는 필터여재 제조방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 (1) 단계의 섬유웹층은 방사용액을 지지체 상에 전기방사 하여 형성되는 필터여재 제조방법. - 제14항에 있어서,
적층된 지지체 및 섬유웹층에 열 및 압력 중 어느 하나 이상을 가하여 지지체 및 섬유웹층을 열융착시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 필터여재 제조방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 친수성 코팅조성물에는 나노섬유 외부면에 친수성 코팅층의 형성성을 향상시키는 젖음성 개선제를 더 포함하며,
상기 젖음성 개선제는 이소프로필알코올, 에틸알코올 및 메틸알코올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 필터여재 제조방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 친수성 코팅조성물은 친수성 고분자화합물로써 폴리비닐알코올(PVA)을 포함하며, 상기 폴리비닐알코올 100 중량부에 대하여 카르복시기를 포함하는 가교제를 5 ~ 20 중량부로 포함하는 필터여재 제조방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 친수성 코팅조성물은 친수성 고분자화합물로써 폴리비닐알코올(PVA)을 0.3 ~ 1중량%로 포함하는 필터여재 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 필터여재를 포함하는 필터모듈.
- 제19항에 있어서,
상기 필터여재는 평막 또는 절곡된 원통형 형상으로 구비되는 필터모듈.
