Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 펜던트 카르복실산 기 및 사슬내(in-chain) 에스테르 기를 가진 오르가노폴리실록산으로서,
상기 오르가노폴리실록산은
a) 2개 이상의 실라놀 관능기 또는 카르비놀 관능기 또는 이의 황 유사체를 가진 하나 이상의 오르가노폴리실록산을
b) 2개의 사이클릭 무수물 기를 함유하는 다이무수물(dianhydride)과 반응시키되,
상기 무수물 기의 개환 에스테르화로부터 생성되는 펜던트 카르복실산 기 80 몰% 이상이 미반응된 채로 남는 조건 하에 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조되고,
카르복실산 기가 선택적으로 카르복실레이트 염 형태로 존재하는, 오르가노폴리실록산. - 제1항에 따른 하나 이상의 오르가노폴리실록산의 안정한 수성 에멀젼으로서, 상기 수성 에멀젼은 유기 유화제를 5 중량% 미만으로 함유하는 수성 에멀젼.
- 제1항에 따른 오르가노폴리실록산의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 제조 방법은
a) 하나 이상의 실라놀-관능성 또는 카르비놀-관능성 오르가노폴리실록산 또는 이의 황 유사체를
b) 하나 이상의 다이무수물
과 혼합하는 단계, 및
에스테르 연결을 형성하는 무수물 기 및 펜던트 카르복실산 기를 개환할 때까지 가열하는 단계
를 포함하는, 오르가노폴리실록산의 제조 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
반응이, 상기 무수물 기의 개환 동안 유리된 카르복실산 기 중 20 몰% 이하가 에스테르화되는 온도 및 압력 조건 하에 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 오르가노폴리실록산의 제조 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
비개환된(non-ring-opened) 무수물 기 또는 미반응된 실라놀기 또는 카르비놀 기와 반응성인 관능기를 가진 모노관능성 사슬 종결제가 a)와 b)의 반응 이전에, 도중에 또는 이후에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 오르가노폴리실록산의 제조 방법.
