Claims (26)
- (1) 경화성, 유기 필름-형성 결합제 성분; 및
(2) 경화성 필름-형성 조성물 중의 수지 고형분의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 4.5 중량% 리튬의 양으로 상기 경화성 필름-형성 조성물에 존재하는 리튬 실리케이트를 포함하는 부식 억제 성분
을 포함하는 경화성 필름-형성 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유기 필름-형성 결합제 성분(1)이, (a) 에폭사이드 작용기를 포함하는 수지 성분; 및 (b) 아민 작용기를 포함하는 경화제 성분을 포함하는, 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 실리케이트가 리튬 오르쏘실리케이트 및/또는 리튬 메타실리케이트를 포함하는, 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 부식 억제 성분(2)이 산화 마그네슘 및/또는 아졸을 추가로 포함하는, 조성물. - 경화성 필름-형성 조성물로 적어도 부분적으로 코팅된 금속 기재로서,
상기 경화성 필름-형성 조성물이
(1) 경화성, 유기 필름-형성 결합제 성분; 및
(2) 상기 경화성 필름-형성 조성물 중의 수지 고형분의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 4.5 중량% 리튬의 양으로 상기 경화성 필름-형성 조성물에 존재하는 리튬 실리케이트를 포함하는 부식 억제 성분
을 포함하는, 코팅된 금속 기재. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 경화성 필름-형성 조성물이 상기 금속 기재에 직접 적용되고, 상기 기재와 상기 경화성 필름-형성 조성물 사이에 중간 코팅이 존재하지 않는, 코팅된 금속 기재. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 기재는 알루미늄을 포함하는, 코팅된 금속 기재. - 제 5 항에 있어서,

(b) 상기 금속 기재에 적용된 경화성 필름-형성 조성물; 및
(c) 상기 경화성 필름-형성 조성물의 적어도 일부의 상부에 적용된 추가의 코팅층
을 포함하는 다층 코팅된 금속 기재로서,
상기 경화성 필름-형성 조성물이
(1) 경화성, 유기 필름-형성 결합제 성분; 및
(2) 상기 경화성 필름-형성 조성물 중의 수지 고형분의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 4.5 중량% 리튬의 양으로 상기 경화성 필름-형성 조성물에 존재하는 리튬 실리케이트를 포함하는 부식 억제 성분
을 포함하는, 다층 코팅된 금속 기재. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 기재(a)가 알루미늄을 포함하는, 다층 코팅된 금속 기재. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 기재(a)가 항공기 부품인, 다층 코팅된 금속 기재. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 경화성 필름-형성 조성물(b)가 금속 기재에 직접 적용되고, 상기 기재와 상기 경화성 필름-형성 조성물 사이에 중간 코팅이 존재하지 않는, 다층 코팅된 금속 기재. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 유기 필름-형성 성분(1)은 (i) 에폭사이드 작용기를 포함하는 수지 성분; 및 (ii) 아민 작용기를 포함하는 경화제 성분을 포함하는, 다층 코팅된 금속 기재. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 실리케이트가 리튬 오르쏘실리케이트 및/또는 리튬 메타실리케이트를 포함하는, 다층 코팅된 금속 기재. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 부식 억제 성분(2)이 산화 마그네슘 및/또는 아졸을 추가로 포함하는, 다층 코팅된 금속 기재. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 추가의 코팅층(c)이, 리튬 실리케이트, 산화 마그네슘 및/또는 아졸을 포함하는 부식 억제 성분을 포함하는, 다층 코팅된 금속 기재. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 추가의 코팅층(c)이 플루오로중합체 및/또는 폴리우레탄 중합체를 포함하는, 다층 코팅된 금속 기재. - (a) 금속 기재;
(b) 상기 금속 기재에 적용된 제 1 경화성 필름-형성 조성물; 및
(c) 상기 제 1 경화성 필름-형성 조성물의 적어도 일부의 상부에 적용된 제 2 경화성 필름-형성 조성물
을 포함하는 다층 코팅된 금속 기재로서, 이때
상기 제 1 경화성 필름-형성 조성물은
(1) 경화성, 유기 필름-형성 결합제 성분; 및
(2) 부식 억제 성분
을 포함하고,
상기 제 2 경화성 필름-형성 조성물은
(1) 상기 제 1 경화성 필름-형성 조성물 내의 상기 경화성, 유기 필름-형성 결합제 성분과 동일하거나 상이한 경화성, 유기 필름-형성 결합제 성분; 및
(2) 상기 제 1 경화성 필름-형성 조성물 내의 상기 부식 억제 성분과 동일하거나 상이한 부식 억제 성분
을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 및 제 2 경화성 필름-형성 조성물 각각의 부식 억제 성분(2)은 독립적으로 (i) 리튬 실리케이트 및/또는 리튬 염을 포함하는 리튬 화합물, (ii) 산화 마그네슘 및/또는 (iii) 아졸을 포함하는, 다층 코팅된 금속 기재. - 제 23 항에 있어서,
각각의 상기 리튬 화합물, 산화 마그네슘 및 아졸이 존재하는, 다층 코팅된 금속 기재. - 제 23 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 경화성 필름-형성 조성물(b) 내의 부식 억제 성분(2)이 산화 마그네슘을 포함하고, 상기 제 2 경화성 필름-형성 조성물(c) 내의 부식 억제 성분(2)이 리튬 화합물(i) 및/또는 아졸(iii)을 포함하는, 다층 코팅된 금속 기재. - 제 23 항에 있어서,
(d) 상기 제 2 경화성 필름-형성 조성물(c)의 적어도 일부의 상부에 적용된 추가의 필름-형성 조성물
을 추가로 포함하는 다층 코팅된 금속 기재.
