Claims (8)
- 모재의 표면에 피복되는 경질 피막으로서,
상기 경질 피막은, 물리적 증착법에 의해, A 층과, B 층 및 C 층이 교대로 적층된 나노레이어 교호층이 교대로 적층되어, 0.5 ∼ 20 ㎛ 의 총막두께가 되도록 구성된 것이고,
상기 A 층은, 조성식이 [Al1 - UCrU]N 이고, 원자비 U 가 0.20 ∼ 0.80 으로 나타내어지는 AlCr 질화물로서, 50 ∼ 1000 nm 의 두께를 갖는 것이고,
상기 B 층은, 조성식이 [Ti1 - WAlW]N 이고, 원자비 W 가 0.30 ∼ 0.85 로 나타내어지는 TiAl 질화물로서, 1 ∼ 100 nm 의 두께를 갖는 것이고,
상기 C 층은, 조성식이 [Ti1 - YSiY]N 이고, 원자비 Y 가 0.05 ∼ 0.45 로 나타내어지는 TiSi 질화물로서, 1 ∼ 100 nm 의 두께를 갖는 것이고,
상기 나노레이어 교호층은, 50 ∼ 1000 nm 의 두께를 갖는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 피막. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 A 층의 막두께 TA 와 상기 나노레이어 교호층의 막두께 TNL 의 비의 값 TA/TNL 은 0.2 ∼ 10 인 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 피막. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 A 층은, Si, V, Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, Ta, 및 W 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1 종의 원소로 이루어지는 첨가물 α 를, 20 at% 이하 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 피막. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 B 층은, B, C, V, Cr, Zr, Nb, Mo, Hf, Ta 및 W 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1 종의 원소로 이루어지는 첨가물 β 를, 10 at% 이하 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 피막. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 C 층은, B, C, V, Y, Nb, Mo, 및 W 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1 종의 원소로 이루어지는 첨가물 γ 를, 10 at% 이하 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 피막. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 경질 피막은, 상기 모재에 직접 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 피막. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 경질 피막은, 계면층을 개재하여 상기 모재에 피복되고,
상기 계면층은, 상기 A 층, 상기 B 층, 상기 C 층, 또는 상기 나노레이어 교호층과 동일한 재료로 50 ∼ 1000 nm 의 두께로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 피막. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 경질 피막에 의해 상기 모재의 일부 또는 전부가 피복된 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 피막 피복 부재.
