Claims (11)
- 3.8 내지 4.8의 작용가, 380 내지 440 mg K0H/g의 OH가, 및 폴리에테르에스테르 폴리올 B)의 중량을 기준으로 8 내지 17 중량%의 지방산 및/또는 지방산 에스테르 함량을 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리에테르에스테르 폴리올 B) 20 내지 40 중량%;
3.7 내지 4의 작용가 및 300 내지 420 mg KOH/g의 OH가를 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리에테르 폴리올 C) 20 내지 40 중량%;
4.5 내지 6.5의 작용가 및 400 내지 520 mg KOH/g의 OH가를 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리에테르 폴리올 D) 20 내지 40 중량%;
하나 이상의 촉매 E) 0.5 내지 5.5 중량%;
추가 보조제 및/또는 첨가제 물질 F) 0.1 내지 5 중량%;
물 G) 0.5 내지 5 중량%
를 포함하고, 성분 B), C), D), E), F) 및 G)의 총합이 100 중량%인 폴리올 성분 b). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에테르에스테르 폴리올 B)는 4.0 내지 4.7의 평균 작용가, 390 내지 430 mg K0H/g의 OH가, 및 10 내지 16 중량%의 지방산 및/또는 지방산 에스테르 함량, 바람직하게는 지방산 메틸 에스테르 함량을 갖고;
상기 폴리에테르 폴리올 C)는 3.9 내지 4.1의 평균 작용가 및 350 내지 410 mg K0H/g의 OH가를 가지며;
상기 폴리에테르 폴리올 D)는 4.8 내지 6.2의 평균 작용가 및 400 내지 480 mg KOH/g의 OH가를 갖는 것인 폴리올 성분. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르에스테르 폴리올 B)는 4.0 내지 4.7의 평균 작용가, 410 내지 430 mg KOH/g의 OH가, 및 11 내지 15 중량%의 지방산 및/또는 지방산 에스테르 함량, 바람직하게는 지방산 메틸 에스테르 함량을 갖는 것인 폴리올 성분.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르 폴리올 C)는 알콕시화 톨릴렌디아민이고, 상기 폴리에테르 폴리올 D)는 알콕시화 수크로즈-글리세롤 혼합물인 폴리올 성분.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르에스테르 폴리올 B)는 수크로즈-글리세롤 출발물질 혼합물과 바이오디젤 또는 올레산 메틸 에스테르 및 2개 내지 4개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 하나 이상의 알킬렌 옥사이드와의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 것인 폴리올 성분.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,

를 포함하고, 성분 B) 내지 성분 G)의 총합이 100 중량%인 폴리올 성분. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
27 내지 32 중량%의 폴리에테르에스테르 폴리올 B),
27 내지 32 중량%의 폴리에테르 폴리올 C),
27 내지 32 중량%의 폴리에테르 폴리올 D),
1 내지 3 중량%의 촉매 E),
1 내지 3 중량%의 보조제 및/또는 첨가제 물질 F), 및
1.5 내지 3 중량%, 바람직하게는 2.0 내지 3.0 중량%의 물 G)
를 포함하고, 성분 B) 내지 성분 G)의 총합이 100 중량%인 폴리올 성분. - I) 유기 또는 변성 유기 디이소시아네이트 또는 폴리이소시아네이트 A) 또는 이들의 혼합물과,
II) 발포제 H)의 첨가 후 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리올 성분 b)
와의 반응에 의해 경질 폴리우레탄 폼을 제조하는 방법. - 제8항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 경질 폴리우레탄 폼.
- 경질 폴리우레탄 폼의 제조에서 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리올 성분을 이용하는 방법.
