Claims (8)
- 성형체 (Ⅰ)이 올려놓여진 금형 내에 열가소성 엘라스토머를 용융시킨 후, 사출하여, 상기 열가소성 엘라스토머에 유래하는 성형체 (Ⅱ)와 상기 성형체 (Ⅰ)을 일체화시키는 접합체의 제조 방법에 있어서,
상기 성형체 (Ⅰ)이 필러를 함유하고,
상기 필러의 산술 평균 입자경이 1∼5㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 접합체의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 필러로서, 탄산 칼슘을 함유하는, 접합체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 성형체 (Ⅰ)이 단면(斷面)을 갖고,
상기 단면의 산술 평균 거칠기(Ra)가 0.1∼5㎛이고,
상기 단면의 거칠기 곡선의 커토시스(Rku)가 1∼30이고,
상기 성형체 (Ⅰ)의 단면과 상기 성형체 (Ⅱ)가 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 접합체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 엘라스토머가, 수분을 100∼1000ppm 함유하는, 접합체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
사출 성형시의 실린더 온도가, 200∼300℃인, 접합체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
사출 성형시의 금형 온도가, 20∼100℃인, 접합체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
사출 성형시에 있어서의, 상기 열가소성 엘라스토머의 사출률이 10∼150㎤/sec인, 접합체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 작성된 접합체.
