Abstract
Description
도 1은 종래 기술에 따른 환기 장치를 구비한 연료 탱크를 도시하고;
도 2는 단일한 환기 배관을 가지는 환기 장치의 제1 예시적 실시예를 구비하는 연료 탱크를 도시하며;
도 3은 두 환기 배관들을 가지는 환기 장치의 예시적 실시예를 구비하는 연료 탱크를 도시하고;
도 4는 경사 위치에 있는 도 3에 따른 연료 탱크를 도시하며;
도 5는 전도 위치에 있는 도 3에 따른 연료 탱크를 도시하고;
도 6은 전도 위치에 있는 도 3에 따른 연료 탱크와 환기 배관의 자유단들에 있는 추가적 밸브들을 도시하며;
도 7은 두 환기 배관들을 가지며 경사 위치에 있는 환기 장치의 다른 예시적 실시예를 구비한 연료 탱크를 도시하고;
도 8은 전도 위치에 있는 도 7에 따른 연료 탱크를 도시하며; 그리고
도 9는 바이패스 배관을 구비하는 유입구 체크 밸브를 도시한다.
Claims (4)
- 유입구 체크 밸브(34)를 통해 연료 탱크(10)로 개방되는 충전관(22)을 구비하고 연료 탱크(10)로부터 연료 증기를 배출하는 환기 장치를 구비하는 연료 탱크(10)에 있어서,
환기 장치는 연료 탱크(10) 내부로 연장되며 연료 탱크(10)의 상부 벽 부분의 영역의 가스 용적에 개방단이 개방되는 적어도 하나의 환기 배관(32; 38, 40; 50, 52)을 가지며, 적어도 하나의 환기 배관(32; 38, 40; 50, 52)이 하부 벽 부분의 영역에 사이폰을 형성하도록 안내되고, 그리고 유입구 체크 밸브(34)가 적어도 하나의 환기 배관(32; 38, 40; 50, 52)이 연결되는 바이패스 연결부(68)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크(10). - 청구항 1에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 환기 배관(32; 38, 40; 50, 52)의 개방단이, 연료 탱크(10)의 어떤 경사 위치나 어떤 충전 수준에서도 적어도 하나의 환기 배관(32; 38, 40; 50, 52)이 가스 용적에 개방되도록 상부 벽 부분의 영역에 배치되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크(10). - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
특히 볼 밸브(46, 48)인 밸브가 적어도 하나의 환기 배관(32; 38, 40; 50, 52)의 개방단에 배치되고, 이 밸브가 연료 탱크(10)의 정상 위치에서 개방되고 전도 위치에서 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크(10). - 유입구 체크 밸브(34)가 연료 탱크(10)로 개방된 충전관(220의 단부에 배치된 연료 탱크(10)의 유입구 체크 밸브(34)에 있어서,
유입구 체크 밸브(34)의 체크 밸브 부재(66)를 바이패싱하며 연료 탱크(10) 내에 배치된 적어도 하나의 환기 배관(32; 38, 40; 50, 52)이 이에 연결 가능한 바이패스 배관(68)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크(10)의 유입구 체크 밸브(34).
