Claims (15)
- 에칭된 유리 물품(5)의 제조 방법으로서,
a) 유리 물품의 표면에 UV 경화성 잉크젯 잉크로 화상(2)을 분사하는 단계;
b) 상기 화상(2)을 UV 경화하는 단계;
c) 상기 UV 경화된 화상으로 덮이지 않은 표면(3)을 에칭하여 에칭된 화상(4)을 얻는 단계; 및
d) 알칼리 수용액에서 상기 UV 경화된 화상(2)을 용해시키는 단계;를 포함하는, 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 UV 경화된 화상이 5분 이내에 용해되는, 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 b)에서 UV 경화가 UV LED로 수행되는, 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 화상의 분사와 경화 사이의 시간이 50 ms 이상인, 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 UV 경화된 화상이 에칭 전에 가열되는, 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유리 물품이 유리 시트인, 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 착색제를 함유하는 UV 경화성 잉크젯 잉크가 상기 에칭된 화상의 적어도 일부 상에 분사되는, 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 착색제를 함유하는 UV 경화성 잉크젯 잉크가 단계 d) 전에 분사되는, 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 UV 경화성 잉크젯 잉크가:
a) 1종 이상의 광개시제;
b) 1종 이상의 가수분해성 다작용성 모노머 또는 올리고머로서, 상기 다작용성 모노머 또는 올리고머의 2개의 중합성 기 사이의 원자 사슬 내에 위치한 적어도 하나의 알칼리 가수분해성 기를 갖는 1종 이상의 가수분해성 다작용성 모노머 또는 올리고머; 및
c) 히드록실기, 에틸렌 옥사이드 또는 올리고-에틸렌 옥사이드기, 3차 아민기, 3 이상의 pKa를 갖는 산성기 및 5원 내지 7원 방향족 또는 비방향족 헤테로시클릭기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 작용기를 함유하는 1작용성 또는 2작용성 모노머인 1종 이상의 물 흡수 조절 모노머;를 함유하는, 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서, 상기 1종 이상의 물 흡수 조절 모노머가 에틸렌 옥사이드 또는 올리고-에틸렌 옥사이드기, 히드록실기 및 모르폴리노기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 작용기를 함유하는, 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 알칼리 가수분해성 기 H-3이 이미다졸기, 벤즈이미다졸기, 트리아졸기 및 벤조트리아졸기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 상기 적어도 하나의 알칼리 가수분해성 기 H-4이 숙신이미드기 및 프탈이미드기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 제조 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 1종 이상의 가수분해성 다작용성 모노머 또는 올리고머의 상기 적어도 하나의 알칼리 가수분해성 기는 옥살레이트기인, 제조 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 1종 이상의 가수분해성 다작용성 모노머 또는 올리고머가 2작용성 가수분해성 다작용성 모노머 또는 올리고머인, 제조 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다작용성 모노머 또는 올리고머의 상기 중합성 기는 아크릴레이트기, 메타크릴레이트기, 아크릴아미드기, 메타크릴아미드기, 스티렌기, 말레에이트기, 푸마레이트기, 이타코네이트기, 비닐 에테르기, 비닐 에스테르기, 알릴 에테르기 및 알릴 에스테르기로 이루어진 군으로부터 독립적으로 선택되는, 제조 방법.
