Claims (8)
- 고내화 절연 조성물로서,
폴리올레핀계 수지를 포함하는 기재 수지, 상기 기재 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로, 1종 이상의 금속산화물 120 내지 160 중량부, 및 1종 이상의 금속수산화물을 포함하는 난연제 40 내지 60 중량부를 포함하고,
상기 1종 이상의 금속수산화물은 수산화 알루미늄, 수산화 마그네슘, 수산화 칼슘, 수산화 마그네사이트, 염기성 탄산 마그네슘, 하이드로 탈사이트 및 혼타이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고내화 절연 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속산화물은 산화마그네슘, 산화칼슘, 산화칼륨, 산화스칸디늄, 산화나트륨, 산화붕소, 산화바륨, 이산화규소, 이산화티탄, 이산화지르코늄, 또는 이들의 배합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 고내화 절연 조성물. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 금속산화물은 비닐실란, 스테아린산, 올레인산, 아미노폴리실록산, 또는 이들의 배합물에 의해 표면개질된 금속산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 고내화 절연 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 금속수산화물은 비닐신란, 스테아린산, 올레인산, 아미노 폴리실록산, 또는 이들의 배합물에 의해 표면개질된 금속수산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 고내화 절연 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기재 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로, 적색 인, 실리콘계 화합물, 붕소 화합물 및 탄소 분말로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 무기 난연제; 브롬계 난연제, 염소계 난연제 및 불소계 난연제로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 유기 난연제; 또는 이들의 배합물을 포함하는 보조 난연제 0.3 내지 20 중량부를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고내화 절연 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올레핀계 수지는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체, 에틸렌/부텐 공중합체 또는 이들의 배합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 고내화 절연 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기재 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로, 실란, 유기 과산화물, 에틸렌 부텐 공중합체, 또는 이들의 배합물을 포함하는 가교제 1 내지 10 중량부를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고내화 절연 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기재 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로, 힌더드 페놀계, 인계, 이미다졸계, 황계 산화방지제, 또는 이들의 배합물 0.1 내지 5 중량부; 고분자량 왁스, 저분자량 왁스, 폴리올레핀 왁스, 파라핀 왁스, 파라핀 오일, 스테아린산 칼륨, 스테아린산 바륨, 스테아린산 납, 금속 비누, 유기 실리콘, 지방산 에스테르, 지방산 아마이드, 지방 알콜, 지방산, 또는 이들의 배합물을 포함하는 활제 0.5 내지 8 중량부; 및 스테아린산, 파라핀 왁스, 크리스탈린 왁스, 저분자량 폴리에틸렌 왁스, 또는 이들의 배합물을 포함하는 가공조제 0.5 내지 6 중량부를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고내화 절연 조성물.
