Abstract
Description
도 2는 종래 일반적인 저항 점용접 방식으로 초고장력 강판 용접시 기공 불량을 보여주는 사진이며,
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 고장력강용 저항 점용접 장치를 설명하기 위한 개략도이고,
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 고장력강용 저항 점용접 장치의 로렌츠 힘을 설명하기 위한 도면이며,
도 5는 피용접재의 갯수에 따른 비교예와 실시예의 용접부를 비교한 사진이고,
도 6은 비교예와 실시예의 전단인장 강도를 측정하여 도시한 그래프이다.

Claims (6)
- 피가공재에 전류를 인가하여 용접하는 저항 점용접 장치로서,
피가공재를 중심으로 상, 하방에 기 설정된 간격만큼 이격 배치되고, 상기 피가공재 방향으로 승강되어 상기 피가공재의 평면 및 저면에 전류를 인가하는 한 쌍의 전극유닛; 및
용접부에 로렌츠 힘이 인가되도록, 각각의 상기 전극유닛의 외주면을 감싸도록 설치되어 자기장을 발생시키는 한 쌍의 전자석;을 포함하는, 고장력강용 저항 점용접 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전극유닛은,
전극바디;
외부로부터 공급받은 전류를 상기 피가공재에 인가하도록 전도성 소재로 마련되어 상기 전극바디 단부에 일면이 노출되도록 설치된 용접팁; 및
상기 전극바디를 승강시키는 승강 실린더;를 포함하는, 고장력강용 저항 점용접 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 전극유닛는,
상기 전극바디 내부에 설치되어 냉각수가 유동되는 냉각유로;를 더 포함하는, 고장력강용 저항 점용접 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 전극바디는,
절연재질로 마련되고, 상기 전자석을 감싸는 바디 플랜지부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 고장력강용 저항 점용접 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전극유닛 및 전자석에 동시에 전류를 공급하는 전류 공급부;를 더 포함하는, 고장력강용 저항 점용접 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전자석의 표면을 감싸는 절연재질의 보호커버를 더 포함하는, 고장력강용 저항 점용접 장치.
