Claims (15)
- 코어를 둘러싸는 중합체 쉘로 구성된 캡슐의 수성 분산액으로서, 상기 코어는 올리고머 블록 이소시아네이트(oligomeric blocked isocyanate)를 함유하며, 상기 블록 이소시아네이트가, 이소시아네이트 종결된 올리고-에테르, 이소시아네이트 종결된 올리고-에스테르, 이소시아네이트 종결된 올리고-카보네이트, 이소시아네이트 종결된 부타디엔 올리고머, 이소시아네이트 종결된 수소화 부타디엔, 이소시아네이트 종결된 이소프렌 올리고머, 이소시아네이트 종결된 실리콘 및 이들의 조합의 군으로부터 선택된 이관능성, 삼관능성 또는 사관능성 이소시아네이트 종결된 올리고머로부터 유도된 것을 특징으로 하는, 수성 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올리고머 블록 이소시아네이트가 하기 구조식 I에 따른 구조를 갖는 것인 수성 분산액:

R1은 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬 기, 치환 또는 비치환된 알케닐 기, 치환 또는 비치환된 알키닐 기, 치환 또는 비치환된 아르알킬 기, 치환 또는 비치환된 알카릴 기, 및 치환 또는 비치환된 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴 기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고;
A는, 올리고-에테르, 올리고-에스테르, 올리고-카보네이트, 부타디엔 올리고머, 수소화 부타디엔 올리고머, 이소프렌 올리고머, 실리콘 올리고머 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 이관능성 올리고머 기를 나타낸다. - 제2항에 있어서, R1이 C1 내지 C4 알킬 기를 나타내는 것인 수성 분산액.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분산기(dispersing group)가 상기 중합체 쉘에 공유결합으로 결합되어 있는 것인 수성 분산액.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 분산기가 카복실산 또는 이의 염, 술폰산 또는 이의 염, 인산 에스테르 또는 이의 염, 및 포스폰산 또는 이의 염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 수성 분산액.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 분산기가 양성자화된 아민, 양성자화된 질소 함유 헤테로방향족 화합물, 4차화된 3차 아민, N-4차화된 헤테로방향족 화합물, 술포늄 및 포스포늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 수성 분산액.
- 제6항에 있어서, 하기 화학식 I의 계면활성제가 상기 캡슐의 쉘에 공유결합으로 결합되어 있는 것인 수성 분산액:

상기 식에서,
R1은 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬 기, 치환 또는 비치환된 알케닐 기, 및 치환 또는 비치환된 알키닐 기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되되, 단 R1은 적어도 8개의 탄소 원자를 포함하고;
R2, R3 및 R4는 독립적으로, 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬 기, 치환 또는 비치환된 알케닐 기, 치환 또는 비치환된 알키닐 기, 치환 또는 비치환된 아르알킬 기, 치환 또는 비치환된 알카릴 기, 및 치환 또는 비치환된 (헤테로)아릴 기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고;
L1은 8개 이하의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 2가 연결기를 나타내고;
X는 상기 암모늄 기의 양전하를 보상하기 위한 반대이온을 나타낸다. - 안료 및 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수성 분산액을 포함하는 수성 잉크젯 잉크.
- 제8항에 있어서, 수용성 유기 용매를 추가로 포함하는 수성 잉크젯 잉크.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 따른 수성 분산액을 포함하는, 텍스타일 프린팅(textile printing)을 위한 수성 전처리 액체.
- 응집제를 함유하는 수성 전처리 액체를 포함하며, 제8항 또는 제9항에 따른 수성 잉크젯 잉크를 추가로 포함하는, 텍스타일 프린팅을 위한 유체 세트.
- 제10항에 따른 수성 전처리 액체를 포함하며, 제8항 또는 제9항에 따른 수성 잉크젯 잉크를 추가로 포함하는, 텍스타일 프린팅을 위한 유체 세트.
- 하기의 단계를 포함하는 잉크젯 프린팅 방법:
a) 제8항 또는 제9항에 따른 수성 잉크젯 잉크를 기재 상에 분사(jetting)하는 단계; 및
b) 열을 가하여 상기 캡슐 내 올리고머 블록 이소시아네이트를 활성화시키는 단계. - 제13항에 있어서, 상기 단계 a)에 앞서, 제10항에 따른 수성 전처리 액체를 상기 기재 상에 도포하고, 상기 기재는 텍스타일 직물인 잉크젯 프린팅 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 수성 전처리 액체가 분사 공정을 통해 도포되는 것인 잉크젯 프린팅 방법.
