Claims (11)
- 탄화수소 원료 가스 및 염화수소 가스를 포함하는 유입 가스와 촉매를 접촉시키는 것에 의한 탄화수소의 부분 산화 공정으로서,
상기 촉매는 세륨옥사이드(CeO2)를 포함하는 담체에 팔라듐(Pd)을 포함하는 촉매 물질이 담지된 것이고,
상기 촉매 물질의 담지량은 촉매 전체의 중량을 기준으로 2 중량% 이상 10 중량% 이하인 것인 탄화수소의 부분 산화 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 원료 가스 및 상기 염화수소 가스의 부피 유량의 비는 1:1 이상 10:1 이하인 것인 탄화수소의 부분 산화 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 유입 가스는 산소 가스를 더 포함하고, 상기 탄화수소 원료 가스 및 상기 산소 가스의 부피 유량의 비는 1:1 이상 10:1 이하인 것인 탄화수소의 부분 산화 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 450℃ 이상 600℃ 이하의 공정 온도 및 0.5atm 이상 3atm 이하의 압력에서 수행되는 것인 탄화수소의 부분 산화 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 유입 가스의 공간 속도는 10,000 ml/(h˙gcat) 이상 50,000 ml/(h˙gcat) 이하인 것인 탄화수소의 부분 산화 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 유입 가스는 질소, 헬륨, 아르곤 및 이산화탄소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1 또는 2 이상의 불활성 가스를 더 포함하는 것인 탄화수소의 부분 산화 공정.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 원료 가스 및 상기 불활성 가스의 부피 유량의 비는 1:1 이상 1:5 이하인 것인 탄화수소의 부분 산화 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 촉매 물질의 담지량은 촉매 전체의 중량을 기준으로 2 중량% 이상 8 중량% 이하인 것인 탄화수소의 부분 산화 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 촉매의 직경은 0.1 mm 이상 1cm 이하인 것인 탄화수소의 부분 산화 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 담체에 스칸듐(Sc), 이트륨(Y), 란타넘(La), 세륨(Ce), 프라세오디뮴(Pr), 네오디뮴(Nd), 프로메튬(Pm), 사마륨(Sm), 유로퓸(Eu), 가돌리늄(Gd), 터븀(Tb), 디스프로슘(Dy), 홀뮴(Ho), 어븀(Er), 톨륨(Tm), 이터븀(Yb), 루테늄(Lu), 백금(Pt), 로듐(Rh), 오스뮴(Os), 이리듐(Ir) 및 지르코늄(Zr)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1 또는 2 이상의 촉매 물질이 더 담지된 것인 탄화수소의 부분 산화 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 담체 100 중량부에 대하여 세륨옥사이드를 50 중량% 이상 100 중량% 이하로 포함하는 것인 탄화수소의 부분 산화 공정.
